Went to this Dunkin’ while visiting from Arizona. Encountered Sean…. Wow…is what I would say. Very rude and unhelpful!!! He really should t be working with the public. Avoid this location at all cost
Never fix the right drink
Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes before we were rudely told they could accept any more orders. the girl at the speaker was rude an did not want to offer any additional assistance to any of the customers in line including myself. tried calling the store an the line has rang busy the last 20 minutes extremely angry. i understand things happen but this situation was handled very poorly. an the person taking orders needs to go back through customer service training.
