“I absolutely LOVE Fitlife Foods! I have one down by me in soho as well. I love that both franchises have staff who are always willing to help you find what you are looking for. I love being able to grab my meals for the week and not have to worry about the hustle and bustle of meal prepping. I would highly recommend fitlife foods to any of my friends trying to meal prep, but struggling to do so. Or even just trying to figure out portion sizing and feeding their body healthy and very filling meals.“

“We stopped in here while visiting from Georgia. Extremely friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and fun. We ended up going everyday for the 4 days we were town. We absolutely loved everything we tried. The teas gave us the energy we needed for the day and are very tasty. we also tried the Protein Waffle and Acai bowls Extremely tasty and fulfilling.
