Why do you shy away from delivery? The closest franchise location that will deliver is 6 miles away. You’re garbage and are losing a ton of business. I look forward to your bankruptcy filing.And from what I read, your food quality is subpar… not even Cartman would eat your trash. You’re on your last leg very soon.Whoever owns these local “restaurants” is absolute trash… as the food and service are adequate representatives. Shame on you.Even if you were smart enough to offer delivery, I wouldn’t order it. I supposed I actually was saved. ??❤️

They gave me someone else's order. And gave no receipt. Update went in tonight at 8 on Tuesday March 12. Didn't give my drinks and gave crispy instead of original. Will not be back 2nd time this happened

They seriously need to hire better staff here. Cashier let someone to the side of me who wasn't even in line get to order before me then walked off, can't tell if being disrespectful or just not paying attention to surroundings. This picture was taken during lunch time and no wonder it is so empty, who would want to come to a place where you are treated poorly.

Upon pulling up to the drive-thru speaker to place my order, I received a prerecorded message, which, of course, was upbeat, energetic, and on target for marketing a special currently going on. It was the live person after the pre-recorded message for me. No enthusiasm, dead spirited, didn't get the day off, forced to work drive thru, I don't care, dealing with personal issues, whatever attitude is what was coming thru the speaker which was so disappointing, unwelcoming and unprofessional. I mean, no smile in the voice or nothing. As if I just rolled out of bed, what do you want. I really just wanted to drive off. Upon approaching the drive-thru window, it was the same attitude. I ordered a #1, which comes with 2 pcs of chicken, 1 side, biscuit, and drink. My request was for the chicken to be original with a thigh and wing, a side of cole slaw and a Pepsi no ice. I was asked what my order was as I sat at the window. I was handed a Pepsi with ice. I gave it back. I then checked my box of chicken, and the cole slaw was good. However, my biscuit was nice and soft but undercooked. I could taste rough dough on the inside. My thigh was an original short thigh, not like other KFC's I've been to where you get a regular size thigh. This thigh looked like it was cut of a cornish hen but a thigh, and my wing was with a crunch, crispy. Now, for me, KFC has been around tooooo long for things like this to be happening. These days and times we ate living in is a bit much. Customer service is piss poor to say the least. but I guess just any ol body will do, or training has just gone out the window, and this is how employees represent the company, let alone the character of themselves. C'mon, now, DO BETTER! Superiors do better on your coaching techniques/training. There's no way I should feel compelled to say that I can only get this type of service at Chik Fil A. I wanted KFC, dog gone it. ??‍♀️??‍♀️

Could not find order after I waited there 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes later than the pick up time said to begin with. 20 minutes wasted and then I still needed dinner. Be careful here.

Hot and fresh food, everything is delicious ?. The tea is disappointing because I wanted homemade style sweet tea and they only have Lipton brisk tea (yuck, still not a fan). KFC fries is the best I've had in years compared to every restaurant I've eaten at (besides Checkers that's always delicious). KFC fry appearance makes you think "it's another yucky fry" not appealing but when you take a bite it's delicious ???, crispy, and cravable.We (3 people) wanted to try the $20 Fill-Up Box, wasn't sure if it'll be enough so we got 2 boxes - 1 box is definitely enough like the commercial says because now we have leftovers.All of the employees are nice and friendly except for 1 lady that seems to be mad at the world. She didn't appreciate that I wanted a handful of honey for the pile of biscuits I have.KFC honey is better than what you get at the grocery store. It takes 2 packets of honey per biscuit because it's that big!On our way out the parking lot we saw a family of ducks drinking the puddle water and the babies splashed in it too trying to cool off.

I have never seen this place as bad as I saw it today. The staff is extremely unprofessional there forgetting what you order so you have to drive back there when you get back there they have no respect they don’t apologize. All you get is attitude their hanging out and chatting having Friends and come in the restaurant and not responding to the customer.
