The only complaint I have is the size of the chicken legs looked like a wing drums 👀 .. The staff is overworked and most likely underpaid. They were doin the dam thing tho!!! They were so nice and attentive to everyone who walked in.
Great quality and great service! Fast and efficient.
KFC is a restaurant that offers a drive-thru service. Upon arriving, customers may be greeted with a prerecorded message, but the live staff member lacks enthusiasm. The #1 meal comes with two pieces of chicken, a side, a biscuit, and a drink. However, there have been issues with orders not being correct, such as undercooked biscuits and strange-sized chicken pieces.
The food is generally praised for being hot and fresh, with delicious chicken and the best fries compared to other restaurants. The honey provided with the biscuits is particularly appreciated. However, the tea is disappointing as it is not homemade-style sweet tea.
The staff members are described as nice and friendly, except for one who seems to be in a bad mood. The restaurant has a family-friendly atmosphere, with families of ducks seen in the parking lot.
Overall, customers have mixed experiences, but many leave satisfied, especially with the quality of the food. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and order accuracy.
