I just had a great customer service experience with Angel. I told her I wanted a combo box that i could pick the items for. She told me I could only order on the app. So I downloaded the Taco Bell app and she proceeded to assist. Thank you Angel, from someone who is technically challenged.

Got finessed just now. I ordered 2 steak Chalupas and a steak burrito, got my order and went home; when I got home and opened my order, surprise MF!!, they gave me 2 Beef Chalupas instead, at least they got the correct burrito. I was already home and hungry, so wth, I had to eat it with a mad face. The End.

This Taco Bell is far superior than any other location in the area. The food is always fresh and good, and it’s RARE that we ever are missing any items. If anything, I’d just remind the staff to put napkins in the bags. Speaking of the staff, again the most exceptional crew is at this location. They’re always nice! We <3 Taco Bell and pass up two other locations to come to you!
