About Steak 'n Shake

Steak 'n Shake serves great food, but the service can be hit or miss. Some guests have experienced rude staff and incorrect orders, while others have had a pleasant experience with friendly service and fast food preparation. The restaurant's cleanliness can also be an issue, with dirty tables and floors. However, the food quality remains consistent with other Steak 'n Shake locations. Recent reviews highlight that the restaurant can be a nice place to visit, especially when the staff is friendly and the environment is clean. Customers have enjoyed their meals, such as cheeseburgers, chili mac with extra chili sauce, fries, and a chocolate shake, often noting that their orders are correct and the service is quick. Carry-out is also praised for being easy and fast, particularly when using the app. Overall, Steak 'n Shake remains a good spot for tasty food, with some reviews emphasizing the importance of friendly staff and a clean atmosphere.
