Finally tried the prime rib here on Thursday. The prime rib was a nice cut and cooked how I liked it but it just had no flavor. it was very bland , even with the aju sauce. it also lacked any kind of crust on it. Pretty disappointing because the pics looked good on fb.
Tried twice first time they just opened and oysters were dried up and terrible. I always allow for adjustments when a new place opens. Took friends from out of town few weeks ago. Got there the staff is rude as can be. Just after arriving they lost power again not their fault. They have a sign out front margarita special. Ordered one and they asked for cc to hold since no power. Gave card tried to order a snack to hold us to see if power would return. Well you would have thought...read full review
The wings are great especially on Wednesday for $1. steamed shrimp is good too... im not a big tater tots guy but they are amazing. the oysters are super hit or miss though.

**BVL Oyster Bar (Bob's)** offers absolutely amazing food with great Happy Hour deals, including 1.50 Oysters and $1 wing Wednesday. The steamed shrimp is the best, and Char-Boiled oysters with butter are so worth it. Grouper Nuggets are a favorite, and the burgers are so big everybody's tummy will be full. The tater tots are the best ever, with tiny little onion chunks. Bob sauce opens New horizons. Staff is very friendly, attentive, and fast, always checking on customers. The atmosphere is nice, down home, and cool. It is a little local joint. Expect to take time, as it is not an in and out endeavor. Highly recommended.
