My friend and I had discovered this place to grab a piece of cheesecake . We met the wonderful Owners and We sat down and talked to them for nearly 45 minutes. We did not want to ever leave. Wow, the desserts ….we only got to them we didnt even take any to go we cleaned out plates, but the friendship we made and the cakes are forever everlasting. I highly recommend as great owners great food.Cheesecake was so much better than the C……… Factory Place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Camping locally and was in the mood for something sweet and delicious. We googled the same and we were delivered to La Sig Chee. Yup amazing food and wonderful people. The cheesecake is phenomenal. A must try.
I saw online that they had a chocolate cherry cheesecake and I had to drive into town to get a few pieces. It was definitely worth the drive and the money. One of the best cheesecakes I've ever had in my life. I will definitely be back. 🩷

La Signature Cheesecake is a small, family-owned restaurant just north of downtown Brooksville. It is an unassuming and extremely clean spot with a relaxed feel. While the title highlights cheesecakes, of which there is a wide and awesome variety, the restaurant also serves authentic American Jamaican food. The owners are friendly and the customer service is on point, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The food is homemade and delicious. Popular dishes include the curry shrimp, curry goat, jerk chicken, and oxtail meal, which comes with rice and plantains and cabbage. The pork loin sandwich is very good and a large portion, enough for two people. They also serve a vegetarian dish with rice, beans, plantains, and a spiced cabbage mixture. Everything is amazing looking and the portions are great.
But the highlight remains the phenomenal cheesecakes. Flavors like lemon berry, snickers, pecan caramel, and carrot cake are all delicious and a must-try. It is a positive experience from start to finish, good for takeout or dining in. This is a definite spot to get a good meal and an amazing dessert.
