Just stumbled upon here while walking the shopping plaza. Decided to step in to check the menu out. Ordered the Popeye because I thought the sweet potato would be an interesting touch.
THIS WAS BY FAR THE MOST SATISFYING MEAL WHILE DINING OUT IVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Will most definitely be back. I’m already craving another 😋

Roll On In in Brooksville, FL is a restaurant that offers a unique dining experience. The food quality is great, with good portion sizes, and the wonton tacos are phenomenal. The crab Rangoon is described as the best in Spring Hill, and the hibachirrito is really good. The restaurant is clean and spacious inside. The concept of watching them make ice cream using liquid nitrogen is really cool and unique. The staff is absolutely amazing, incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The gentleman working the counter was super nice. One of the ladies even offered to record the ice cream-making process. The atmosphere is great and the prices are super affordable. Some suggestions include improving the speed of the ice cream process and the flavor of the ice cream itself, as it lacked a little flavor on its own, though the toppings added most of the flavor. It is a great place to go for dinner and get some yummy food and ice cream or some beer/white claws with friends.
