“My review may be contradictory to my scores but I don't care, I'm angry because for the first time Service and secondly food was not to what I am so use to at Longhorn. Since Feb I'd been waiting to go for my Birthday and went but this was not their day. I score them high because they have never failed me. They were just having a bad day everyone has a bad one now and then. They waived the cost of my appetizer and my wife's drink. They wanted to waive the whole fee showing how far they are willing to go for customers to be pleased, but I insisted and paid my wife's dinner and my drink which were delicious and returned my meal which was unsatisfactory. They gave me a new outlaw rib eye as a meal to go for free and I gave it to a homeless couple which I'm sure will enjoy it. I highly recommend this restaurant which has had it right 99% of the times I have visited. I will return.“
“In my opinion, it's probably the best steak in the Spring Hill/Brooksville area. Their salads are very good too. Every waiter or waitress we get, they are very professional and hard working.Parking: Just on weekends and/or special nights they get very packed.Kid-friendliness: They don't care it your kids are loud.lol“
“First time enjoying Prime 88, it was very nice, the service was excellent,even though I think our server forget our drinks, had to remind her when she brought our appetizer that we hadn't gotten our wine yet. The dinning would be better if the tables were further apart from the other dinners. Our table was a little wobbly, had to make sure we didn't' bump it while we ate. Overall very good, the fillet was perfect. We'll be back! Thanks for an enjoyable evening.“
