“Since covid customer service as a whole has suffered. Which makes me appreciate even more the consistency of high standards this restaurant achieves daily. Not only does the restaurant operate smoothy during high volume and peak hours, but their customer relations is always #1 priority. I come in alone often as well as bring family n friends as much as possible. They have a lot of room so it's not crowded neither. They remember my name, drink, and fav meals even when I haven't been in often. No wonder this is one of Paul Sr's fav hangouts in Brooksville FL.“

“Southern Hills Plantation hosted our daughter Caroline's wedding on February 24, 2023. Simply stated the outdoor wedding venue as well as the reception/banquet facilities were both top notch. Fran the facility Food and Beverage Director, and her staff, managed both the wedding ceremony logistics as well as the food and beverage service for the wedding without missing a step. Our guests raved about the beautiful facility, all the amenities, and the quality of the food and beverage served. We utilized the photographer and DJ recommendations from Fran and both groups were outstanding. “This is the second time we have been there. The last time we went, it was in Minnesota. This time, it was in Florida. Cheddar's. Their food is really,really good. I had the spicy buffalo chicken raps. The waitress said they were hot, but I didn't think so. They were awesome. I can not remember what my husband had, but I do remember he really enjoyed his meal. The waitress was ok. She made sure we had everything when she brought the food, but she was very busy. “My review may be contradictory to my scores but I don't care, I'm angry because for the first time Service and secondly food was not to what I am so use to at Longhorn. Since Feb I'd been waiting to go for my Birthday and went but this was not their day. I score them high because they have never failed me. They were just having a bad day everyone has a bad one now and then. They waived the cost of my appetizer and my wife's drink. They wanted to waive the whole fee showing how far they are willing to go for customers to be pleased, but I insisted and paid my wife's dinner and my drink which were delicious and returned my meal which was unsatisfactory. They gave me a new outlaw rib eye as a meal to go for free and I gave it to a homeless couple which I'm sure will enjoy it. I highly recommend this restaurant which has had it right 99% of the times I have visited. I will return.“

“Sat outside with a large group of friends all splitting checks, I believe the server said she had only been working there a couple days but she was immaculate. Made sure all order edits were correct for our plates and that everything was split correctly on the tickets. Wish I could remember the servers name because she's was amazing.“

“Our RV was having problems on the freeway so we took advantage of a nearby exit and limped into this Cracker Barrel’s parking lot. After setting up some mobile repair we checked with the manager who was very friendly and said we could stay as long as we needed. We were thankful to be in such a safe and welcoming location. “Went in on Christmas Day to a background of pandemonium due to high customer amount. The servers were all polite despite being swamped with things to do. It was a good environment by the staff despite the wait, aside from what I assume was the manager loudly barking at the staff and questioning progress rather rudely. I would give 5 stars for the staff that were trucking through a busy busy day, however my order was missing additions I paid extra for and the leader’s poor leadership style was quite demoralizing. Otherwise, those ladies were great!“
