Wendy's Has Fallen Very Far From Where They Used to Be. They Were Once One of My Favorite Go to's, But Not Anymore. They Changed The Beef Used In Their Sandwiches. ???This Was My First Time This Year, and Probably My Last.
I recently had a disappointing experience at this particular location. Despite being the only person in line and waiting for over 8 minutes, I received cold food. This has left me questioning why I continue to dine at this establishment.When I choose to eat out, I expect my food to be served hot and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. The fact that I was the only customer in line makes it even more perplexing as to why my food was not prepared...read full review

Never had bad or cold food there or any mistakes with the order, either drive in or walking in. The people taking my orders have been great. Tonight walked in and Elish was host at counter. She was efficient, personable and helpful, making sure I had everything fine when leaving. She told me about the app, which I now have.
