“We live in Cape Coral and LOVE the Westin! We have done a few events there, and love taking Our Family there. We went for my Daughters 15th Birthday. I took her and friends out for dinner. Our server was great! She was so nice and accommodating our needs. I asked about the cookies they used to make if they could bring those out and I was told they no longer make those. So instead Chef Richie brought out 4 freshly baked chocolate chip cookies decorated with chocolate ganache and slices of chocolate fudge cake with raspberry sauce. It was an Amazing Surprise l! They really enjoyed it! That is what you call impeccable service! I'm a loyal Marriot elite member and The Westin in Cape Coral has my heart! Thank you“

“We visited Mission BBQ Ft Myers, it was delicious! We met Ben who walks around talks to people and makes you feel welcome. He was so nice to us, offered samples of different items on the menu that we have never tasted. Food is always spot on and tastes the best every time we go. The staff is exceptional as well as Ben. “On a rainy Saturday afternoon, we decided to give Rib City on McGregor a try for a late lunch. It was after 2:00pm and only two other tables were occupied, but service and food were a perfect 10! Our server, Yammy, was absolutely awesome. Her smile and pleasant personality added to our perfect BBQ lunch.
We enjoyed delicious crispy onion rings $7.99 for a full order (oops - ate them before we took a photo). Our entrees included a combo of BBQ chicken (dark meat only as requested) and fresh, thinly sliced pork plate w/garlic toast and our choice of two sides - creamy coleslaw and hot French fries for $13.99! Both meats had a great smokey flavor and perfectly cooked.
Our other entree was the St. Louis rib dinner w/garlic toast and our choice of two sides - coleslaw and baked beans for $21.99. There were at least five meaty and tender ribs on the platter. Although they were not as hot as I would prefer, our very attentive server quickly resolved the problem. They were returned hot and delicious. (We were so excited to eat our hot ribs, we forgot to take a photo.)
Several BBQ sauces were on the table and we tried them all.
We were stuffed and satisfied, but couldn't turn down dessert - our selection was Coconut Cream Pie! We enjoyed a few bites of this fluffy pie, but took most of it to go - no room to get another bite down.
We beverage choice was fresh brewed 1/2 and 1/2 iced tea served with a lemon wedge. Refills were provided without asking.
Be sure to ask for Yammy - she is awesome and gives all her customers excellent service.“

“Food was delicious and plentiful. Jesse was an amazing server: polite, attentive, and prompt with our ordering. We'll be requesting to sit in his section when we return again. Atmosphere is lively at the bar, but quiet for us to play billiards after our meal. Definitely recommend visiting or trying again if you had a bad prior experience.“

“I had to wait about 23 minutes for my online order. I was pretty pissy about it but the only reason why I didnt leave mad is because of how the hostess took care of me tonight. I know the kitchen wasn’t her fault, but she communicated and gave me updates. I appreciated that and left content. She offered to bring it to my car. Such a sweet caring hostess! Service is great but kitchen has to get better. Give her my kudos! Food was still good.“

“OMG! The food was so delicious! We got a meal pack consisting of chicken, ribs, mac and cheese, baked beans, garlic toast and ordered a separate side order of cole slaw. The gentleman who took my order by phone was super nice and so was the young lady who cashed me out when I picked it up. We will definitely be back!“

“Had an awesome experience at LongHorn Steakhouse! The food was amazing — steak was juicy and cooked just right, sides were delicious, and everything came out hot and fresh. The atmosphere was chill and really comfortable, great place to kick back and enjoy a good meal.\n\nBut the real highlight? The server. She was seriously the best server I’ve ever had anywhere. Super friendly, super nice, and made the whole experience even better. She was on top of everything and just had this awesome energy that made me feel totally welcome.\n\nCan’t say enough good things. I’ll definitely be coming back most days of the week.\n~ Tony“
