“I recommend when going to Lenny's Cape Coral that you go earlier than an hour before closing. Otherwise if you are there say a half-hour before closing and want to sit a bit and eat your sandwich, a girl with a bunch of face piercings may come up to you and tell you to leave because they are closing in 30 minutes. If you really want to sit for a bit you might be told to eat it fast and leave. So be aware that the Cape location may close the lobby to customers within the hour before posted closing time.“

“Stopped here at 9:30am to get sandwiches for a beach lunch. Service was prompt and bread and ingredients were fresh! We had the meatball sub, steak sand, and a plain turkey. All were spot on to our order. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Parking is somewhat limited in front of the building, so take caution when it’s busy.“

“I am a big fan of this Firehouse subs location! This is the first time I have ordered from there and I must say, the manager tonight is an absolute rock star. THANK YOU for excellent service tonight!“

“Its inside a gas station the food was as good as I could remember I believe this location just recently opened. Some items are missing from the original Quiznos menu such as soups. The food was excellent. There are a few benches out front that you can sit and eat out, but nothing inside the store. It’s also a taco stand.

These people were wise in firing Kitty Maldonado whom these days continues to ramble over and over like a broken record over other peoples' mistakes, including things that are years in the past and that everyone at all bars is tired of hearing about. Does she not realize how horribly annoying she is to everyone she serves and works for at every single bar, and yet she continues to repeatedly resurrect the same drama, over and over, like a broken record at every single bar she works at, which she has been doing since the Covid pandemic. And Kitty was fired from at least a dozen other bars for rambling over and over like a broken record over other peoples' mistakes. People are tired of hearing about the same mistakes of other people over and over again. Kitty's repeating broken record drama has ruined numerous potential celebrations of Joe Biden's victory and Donald Trump's defeat in the November 2020 election. Donald Trump was the very worst president in American history, many of us were about to celebrate Trump's defeat and multiple impeachments, and Kitty ruined our celebrations with her drama and rambling over and over like a broken record. And to make matters worse, she has a destructive sidekick, Joanna Teresa Unbehaun, adding to the drama. Joanna is in fact reported to have framed a number of students at a high school near Chicago for involvement in the 2001 attacks at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, as well as for a series of bomb threats that occurred in the Chicago metropolitan area during the fourth quarter of that year. Reportedly, Kitty Maldonado was actually supposed to have moved to Atlanta, Georgia or Los Angeles, California back in the fall of 2018. And truthfully, I think Kitty would do well in Los Angeles as I hear a close friend of hers, Deziree, that used to bartend in the South Cape, lives in Los Angeles and is last known bartending somewhere on Wilshire Blvd near Beverly Hills.“

“Final Update: Finally made it in. Service was excellent, getting our food was very speedy. The lady that needed to check her messages, seemed to be much more put together today. Great job Jeresy Mike's staff!

Update: A manager called me that same evening and I will be giving them the chance to make things right on thursday.

I'm pretty understanding that when you order ahead, your food still has a chance to not be ready. This evening was absolutely terrible. I placed an order at 7:14 and my food should have been done by 7:29pm. While sitting here, I have learned a lot about the staff. Regardless of how you feel, you shouldn't throw a bell pepper at someone. Also, to the staff that was on tonight, if you feel like you want to walk out and you all vote to do it, just call the manager so you can at least start issuing refunds to people. That way, they dont have to wait for you all to make your decision. You didn't commit to walking out, and i had to watch someone who ordered food at 7:47 get their food before me, and they also had food from the grill. Finally, at 7:55, my food was ready, and this older lady insisted she had to go and read a text message in the bathroom before bagging my food up. I had to call the restaurant in order to get my food bagged so that I could leave.

Usually, this place is pretty decent, but tonight was terrible. If someone reaches out to me, I will update my review.“

“Been here quite a few times on Friday evenings. Every time I have been at this particular Subway it has been perfect! Employees greet us with a smile and is there to help promptly. Vegtables on the line is full, fresh and counter is clean! The tables and floors are also nice and clean. All of that is very important to us. We appreciate the great service that this Subway offers. Thank you keep up the good work!!“
