“I was in the area and I’m not from Orlando and I was looking for a good Mexican spot since I was craving it earlier today and this particular location popped up on Google and so I decided to give it a try since I wasn’t too far away. Absolutely did not disappoint; their Birria tacos that they made along with the rice and beans was delicious! Customer Service was greaf as well. Whenever I move to seminole county in September, I will more than likely be coming here on the regular. Highly recommend!“
“Original text (23 March 2024)Food:The food is simply perfect! I had the Chimichanga, and the way it was prepared was fantastic. It was plated well, and had a very good ratio of ingredient.5/5 for food.Service:The staff are courteous, and efficient. The manager noticed myself and a mate were sitting outside and offered to open the umbrella for us: an appreciated gesture.5/5 for serviceAtmosphere:The indoor area, with the accommodation for children, can cause the indoor seating are to be a bit chaotic. Sitting outside provides a nice ambiance, and is well kept.4/5 for atmosphere.Overall, this is one of the best places I’ve visited in the Orlando area, and one of very few with a 5 star review. Great job team! I’ll be back here again for sure, and would recommend it to anyone in the area or visiting.5/5 overall.Parking: Approx 40 spaces around the building.“
“We came in on. Wednesday evening. There was a good size crowd but we’re were able to get a table. We had a Margherita, and a Fig and Prosciutto pizza, a roasted Beet and Goat cheese salad and Olives. The salad was excellent, beets properly prepared and the salad well dressed. The pizza was authentic, wood fired oven Neapolitan. The wine selections are great but a good bit overpriced in my opinion. The service was excellent. Great place. Will return.“

“It's a cozy atmosphere and straight to the point. I tried the Build you own Pho and upgraded with extra noodles, extra large, with an egg. I loved the Pho. Very rich in flavor and they have a section in which you can grab extra toppings such as bean sprouts, green onions, jalapenos, etc. each table has siracha and hoisin sauce as condiments. A great place for a quick and yummy order of Pho.“
“I got the smash tacos and fried bread pudding from their food truck. Itt was absolutely amazing! They were friendly, worked fast and gave you everything you needed for your meal including utensils and sauces up front. Check them out wherever they may be next!“
“I have lived near this little food truck for almost a year and finally took the plunge. When I pulled up I was met by a really nice guy who runs this little unassuming truck. I viewed the menu and saw they had quite a bit of Tex-mex food that all looked awesome! I asked if there was a pasta menu which he said an emphatic yes! I got the pasta carbonara with rigatoni and it was awesome, creamy, salty and an awesome portion. It came with a small side salad that had a vinaigrette dressing. The food was all made fresh so there was about a 10-12 minute wait but it was fantastic! This little unassuming food truck is worth a shot especially if you are wanting fresh food with a great price and an awesome portion! A some job.“
“Each bite of their birria tacos is a symphony of textures and tastes – tender, succulent meat enveloped in a crispy tortilla, topped with melted cheese and served with a side of savory consomé for dipping. The balance of savory and spicy flavors is simply unparalleled. But the experience doesn't stop there. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, with vibrant décor that echoes the vibrant flavors of their dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring every visit feels like a culinary adventure.Whether you're a seasoned birria aficionado or a newcomer to this mouthwatering delight, this taco haven is guaranteed to leave you craving more. Don't miss the opportunity to savor some of the finest birria tacos in town – it's a taste sensation you won't soon forget“
“Great place to have excellent food. The chips and salsa they bring to the table are really good, and so is the service. The Quesabirrias are one of the best we have had, and so are the Birria Tacos. This last time I had El Burrito, with chorizo, and it was great.“
“It is one of thee best and unique restaurants in town. I love how much the ingredients are fresh with uniqueness compared to other places. I truly enjoyed both times I went there. My favorite item is definitely the nachos. It's also big enough for 2 people. I highly recommend trying at least once.“
“Found this place through door dash about a month ago and haven't been able to stop ordering the steak n steak sandwich. Good value and great food! All I can really ask for is some ketchup in the bag with my order, but I usually don't care much cause the fries are seasoned really nice. Try it out!“
“My wife and I usually get the carne asada tacos. Cheap tacos and tastes so good! This location is pretty weird, it’s a food truck at the back of a repair shop for cars. Also, they offer this really good spicy pickled onions!Parking: Park on the side of the shop & walk to the back you will see the foodtruck“
“I wanted to give them a try and was craving tacos, so I was glad they were open when I was close by!They are a taco truck parked underneath a big oak tree and that makes it nice. The staff is nice and you get to ring a bell of they are busy preparing food. The lady that took my order was nice and I was able to pay with my card and my food did not take long to be ready for me to take it to go.They offer tacos, quesadillas, hot dogs, burgers and sodas. I was craving tacos so I had a chicken taco, al pastor taco and a shrimp taco (this one came in a flour tortilla). I had them Mexican style (cilantro, onion, sauce and guac) and they sure hit the spot. Made to order, fresh and tasty. You can order tacos American style as well and that comes with sour cream, cheese and lettuce. If you are around the area make sure you give them a try.“
“Perfect queso that doesn't solidify, hot sauces that provide the most delicious burn, and a variety of tacos with fun topping combinations. This establishment sits independently in a Publix shopping plaza with plenty of parking. On the date of my visit, it was very loud inside and out, and there was an annoyingly long wait for food. When asked, the staff explained the kitchen was backed up - not sure how often this happens as today was my first and only visit. This was a drive for us so not sure if I will return.“
“Soy Mexicano and honestly this place is 10 times much better than any other Mexican restaurant I have been to in the past 10 years, despite the size of the restaurant I rather buy from here than any other place is I genuinely want to enjoy delicious Mexican food. It is a solid place to eat at.“
“I had of course heard of Tako Cheena's legend for years and years. I try my best to try all of the greatest restaurants around town, but Orlando just has so many good places! Anyway, my sights finally set on Cheena, and late one night, we stopped by and dug in.We ordered six tacos, a good assortment of what they offer, an empanada, and an arepa. Quite honestly, it was so long ago, I couldn't possibly remember what tacos I ordered or what empanada I ordered. But what I do remember is that it was all excellent. The tacos were magnificently built. First of all, they were flour tortillas. Those are my favorite for tacos. I know many of you are spitting out your beverage and calling me a phony, but hey, it is what it is. I love a good, soft, flour tortilla taco. These flour tortillas are stuffed to the brim with stuff. Tons of meat, juicy and flavorful. Tons of Vibrant, fresh vegetables that add so much to the taco. And then perfect garnishes. Peanuts for crunch, a sprinkle of cheese for unctuousness, cilantro for that pop. Just well-designed tacos. And then I say they're stuff, they are stuffed. There is no plausible way to eat these things without some droppage. I recommend waiting until the end and then collecting all of excess into one, combined mega-bite. So good. The empanada and the arepa were high quality, too. Also can't remember exactly what they had in them, but I remember that they were good. So anyway, Tako Cheena was a real winner. I am ashamed that it took me so long to get here, but I know I will be back.“
“Originally I came here searching for a Mexican snack chip I used to get when I lived in California. Then I discovered their hot food. Now I refuse to pass by without stopping for the BEST authentic tacos in Orlando. Better than a taco truck Taco. Yea, you read that right - THAT good.$2 Carne asada tacos that I can't get enough of??? Yes, please! Extra lime and extra of the green salsa for me, and you have to fight me to get me to not stop there. Last two visits I started adding on a small side of rice as well. 3 tacos plus a good amount of rice for like $8 and I am filled. Best. Lunch. Ever. There is always a line to eat there, and most of the patrons patiently waiting are from countries that know good food and wouldn't be there if they didn't know this place waa great.Total hidden gem! Shhhh don't tell anyone. Actually... tell everyone - they should come down and grab something to bring home.I promise to include pix next time i go. I just have to stop shoving tacos in my face long enough to remember to take pix :p“
“It's become a tradition to drop by Tin&Taco before Magic home games! There is always great service, food is spectacular, atmosphere is cozy and clean. The menu has a variety of choices; our tops are the Mac Attack & Al Pastor. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to these craft tacos!!!!“
“Had and amazing experience at Barrio with Stephanie G. as my server!! She did a wonderful job explaining the menu and was very attentive to all our needs. Everyone who comes in would be lucky to be sat in her section. All items that we ordered were absolutely scrumptious!!! Especially the nachos and margaritas. Thank you Stephanie for your service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !!!!“
“In my opinion, Orlando's most authentic tacos at this little taco truck, outside of the Mexican Consulate. 3 tacos and a bottle of Coke ran me $12 and change. Tacos were amazing per usual! I don't get to come by here for lunch as much as I'd like to.. If you haven't tried this kitchen you definitely should.“
“I always love to check out 5 star places, especially when they’ve had double digit five star reviews. Taqueria El Chapulin did not disappoint! We ordered lengua tacos and quesabirria, which were incredible! The flavors were excellent, everything was cooked perfectly, and these were the best birria tacos that I’ve had! We will certainly be back!“
“If you're looking for quick, flavorful food, "hole in the wall" Mexican restaurant to brag about, this is the spot. Seating area is large but not the typical restaurant feel you'd expect, it doubles up as a one stop shop for household items, vegetables, meat and more. Highly recommend.“
“Before heading to the food truck, I called them in advance to confirm if they were still open, as the reviews I saw were not recent. I was relieved when they answered my call and confirmed that they were open. However, upon arriving at the taco truck, I encountered a language barrier as they only spoke Spanish and my knowledge of the language was limited. Finding the truck was also a bit of a challenge, as it was hidden behind palm trees and the gas station once I turned right off 1792 and Orlando. As I approached the counter to order, I struggled with ordering in Spanish, and the gentleman taking my order told me he didn't speak any English. I did my best to order the Pastor and Asada, relying on my limited Spanish skills. After paying $10 for my tacos and a drink, I was frustrated when I didn't receive my change. Fortunately, the customers behind me helped me communicate with the taco truck and ask for my change.Despite the language barrier and the warm Coke can, the food itself was exceptional. I would rate the business a four out of five stars overall, considering the language barrier and the temperature of the drink. However, if I were to rate the food quality alone, I would give it a five out of five. The food was very authentic and flavorful, with hot and freshly made tortillas. The salsa added the perfect touch of spice, not too hot for my taste buds. I would highly recommend trying this food truck, and if the weather permits, enjoying your meal outside on the bench behind the truck.“
“I have never had bad food at any location. For the party of 5 the food came out fast and the order was correct. The margaritas are nothing to write home about, I will order a beer next time. Not the location's problem, corporate need a better recipe to send out.“
“Best T flats on the area by a mile. I order from here more than I'm willing to admit. If you're looking for a deal, definitely visit for Taco Tuesdaze since you can get 2 tacos with chips and a drink for $7. If you're looking for the best thing on the menu, I recommend either a chimichanga (blackened chicken supremacy), or the cheesy steak flautas. Always get hot sauce too. If you want mild and sweet, go with snack my sweet ass. If you want smoky and more medium, go with Rasta sauce. Another good thing about here is if they do happen to make an error, they make it right. I had a missed queso once, and the next time I ordered, they gave me my missed queso plus a drink on the house. I appreciate when stores make it right even if it was a delivery order on their app. Don't be taken aback by the attack of color on the walls and ceiling - all T Flats are like that. It's the vibe. I hope you love it too!“
“Melinda was the best hostess/waiter/cook ever! The food was delicious. She recommended my dinner! Parm crusted halibut, coconut rice and asparagus! Best food I have ever had in Florida!! We were seated and waited on promptly! That’s not easy to do now a days! Food was so delicious I thought I better try peach cobbler! That was amazing also! You HAVE to go here!“
“Absolutely scrumptious and the service was awesome, we were greeted with smiles and walk through the menu as it was our first time visiting. I kept seeing ads on my fb and my son brought me out for my birthday and it did not disappoint. I look forward to my next visit, then queso balls will be on my table every time. Thanks for the great food and good vibes oh and they have some really dope pinball happening....“
“Great food and great service, cashier actually asked me if my food was good and if I needed a refill which she happily got for me. First time experience and I have to say the food was good, could add a little more steak to the burrito considering the price, but overall it was good. I think I would get the nachos next time. They have a hot sauce bar and they can put different cheese sauce on your burrito if you like or chimichanga. Overall a little pricy with drink around $17 for a steak burrito with white cheese sauce and chips and drink. I would expect it to be around $15 with tax for the amount of steak I got, but like I said the food was good.“
“I got take out for a dinner date with my husband and I ordered at 6:00PM. The man on the phone said 30 minutes it will be ready, ordered dos tacos beef and dos tacos steak. I arrived at 6:30PM for my food and I had my daughter with me in my arms, the man behind the counter carried my food to my car for me so I didn’t have to struggle. The food was very good, cold but good, I usually expect a cold meal with take out so that wasn’t a big deal to me, it also went right through me if you know what I mean but again you expect that with Mexican food ? all in all besides cold food, great taste, great service.“
“Amazing food went here during the week this restaurant is located in the heart of DT Orlando and there a “speakeasy” connected to the store. The worker looked not so welcoming they all had long faces, i don’t know if it was because it was already kinda late and they were about to closed but we kinda felt rush and when our food came out they just place it in the counter and didn’t called out our name or our order.“
“This restaurant has always been my favorite growing up so I go to a bunch of different locations and this one has to be my favorite by far. The workers are always the best and are so sweet. Some of the nicest people I’ve meet. There was a guy helping myself and my boyfriend today and he completely made our day by going out of his way to be so kind and generous . Thank you!“
“What a gorgeous night to sit outside and eat. Can always count on Tijuana Flats. My current favorite is the Citrus Lime Shrimp Bowl but tonight I decided to go with the Crispy Shrimp and Corn tacos. Good but going back to Citrus Lime Bowl next time.“
“Delicious tacos at very reasonable prices! The chips are made fresh and the sauce options are a perfect range from sweet to super spicy! New menu item- Shrimp tacos are a major hit! They also have great specials on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.“
“We were at this shopping center on a Tuesday, so we decided to try Fuzzy's for an early dinner. However, we ate everything before taking any photos. We tried the shredded brisket and shredded chicken tacos on sale for less than $2 each, and both of us preferred the more flavorful brisket. The soft flour tacos were pleasantly unique with their toppings. In fact, the next time on a Tuesday, we would probably double the tacos and skip their rice and black beans, which would save a bit. On a different day, we would probably try one of the platters. The person who took my order was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was cheerful and clean.Parking: Parking could become more difficult at popular times.“
“T-flats never fails to hit the spot! Great service, friendly staff and delicious food (especially that yellow queso… liquid gold lol). Thank you Luis for your hot sauce recommendations and outstanding service. I recommend ordering the chips n beefy queso is so yummy and the shredded chk flautas are a must ?.“
“I keep forgetting to review this place so I guess today is the day. The tacos here are different but soooooo flavorful!! My fave is the Notorious P.I.G. The Al pastor being a close second. My brother also enjoys their Mac and Cheese taco. You really can't go wrong since everything I've tried so far has been delicious.“
“Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. My first time here, will always visit when I’m town! The food was excellent, I was told to try all the different hot sauces which they had little containers to take home!Dietary restrictions: I don’t eat meat and they were very nice and substituted shrimps even though it wasn’t on their menu on what ever I ordered even though it wasn’t part of their menu.“
“I normally dine in and always have a good experience, but I decided to have it Postmated tonight. Not sure what happened, but every time I tracked my order there was a new driver. By the time I saw a third driver on their way to pick up my food I decided to call the restaurant. I spoke to Sam, the manager. He said they prepared the order and it was gone, so he wasn't sure what happened, but he would get it done again quickly for the next driver. It's raining and I'm starving, so I am beyond grateful for how quickly the problem was fixed. Love this location so much ❤️“
“Friendly staff, quick service and great food. What more can you ask for? I got the Queso Crunch tacos and as I was eating them I could see the jealousy in my husband's eyes. I knew I had a winner. haha What I appreciate is the cute kids meals they offer. My kids were so happy about the toys (Pez dispensers) and the boxes were great for any leftovers. We will definitely be returning :)“
