We just had the opportunity to enjoy lunch at El Tomatillo and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The space is a great mix of modern and country. The wait staff were simply amazing, taking time to explain the authentic Mexican dishes. The food was delicious and a great portion. The shrimp tacos were wonderful and expertly cooked. Don't forget the Churros, plenty of cinnamon sugar and caramel filling. Definitely a future return visit for us.
Went last night and everything was perfect. My Lady and I had the 3 mixed tacos each to get a sample of what they offer. We will definitely be back since we didnt have room for the bignets. Great addition to our Sanford choices.
I stopped in yesterday for an Agua Fresca andand encountered the kindest people ever. I also got to meet the owner before opening and she is a gem. Downtown Sanford is lucky to have this restaurant!
