“A delightful experience in a private room for our 10 guests. Most meals were exceptional, but did not provide a vegetarian selection. Service was great and gentleman was fun. We kept him busy, but I wish he would have asked other waitresses to help upon delivery of food. Water glasses not refilled, but drinks kept flowing. We ate at Maurys and also Half Crack and both restaurants were out of 3-4 popular selections. Would try again.”

“On Sept 11th my husband & I enjoyed a delightful and most delicious meal. It was our anniversary and the staff made it even more special. The only downside is when we paid the bill we were not told that the tip would be POS entered separately from our account. My husband checked our account and he thought the tip had not been given. So he made a trip to Carmelo's to ask about why and to correct. He was told the tip was done separately - think this should be told to their guests. Thank you for a lovely evening and amazing food.”

I’ve tried almost every drink on the menu and have never been disappointed. Downtown Kava has helped me A LOT throughout my recovery due to being a safe and sober environment. I have met and made wonderful friends hanging out here. DTK has honestly become my second home and I recommend this place for everyone!”

“We called with a party of 10 and got a recording stating that reservations were not taken. We arrived and were told that there were no tables available and that we should have made reservations. We explained that we tried to and showed the Hostess the Website and number we called. We asked to speak with the Manager to make him aware of the website. Travis introduced himself and seated us temporarily outside( it was not the best of Florida weather this night) and had staff circle heaters around our table and brought us complimentary appetizers until they could accommodate all of us. Travis gave us his personal cell # and in our opinion went above and beyond to make this a Special Evening for all of us. This is not our first time here, but it was with such a large group. Justina was our Server and is Personality Plus The food is always excellent”

“I was recommended by a friend to try Mercer’s and my only regret was why in the three years I’ve been here did I not stop sooner? The atmosphere is cozy and it’s very clean, the owner and staff are all so happy and genuinely want to know their customers. There were many regulars in there. And their coffee…I’ve been three times now and I give all three a chef’s kiss. Perfection! As are their blueberry muffins. I don’t know how they can take something so ordinary and make it stand out like they do, but they are amazing, too! Definitely try them, you won’t regret it!”

I have to say my husband and I were absolutely blown away by the gracious hospitality and customer service of the two guys working today. I believe, they are the sons of the owner. We had two cappuccinos and paninis. Probably the best Italian panini I’ve had in a bit. It was just right. We shall return! Ps order the Poppyseed Ice Cream. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Food was amazing. We had the tuna tartare, salad with Gorgonzola and pears, the NY strip and Scallops. We ended the meal with a ginger bread ice cream sandwich with dulce de leche ice cream and a nice Italian espresso. Our waiter Zack was helpful and gave us great recommendations. Honestly one of the best meals I have had.”

Drive thru line backs up but does go quickly.
Open later than other places.
