Staff not attentive talking & playing while I waited on someone to take my order they yelled for someone in the back to assist while carrying on in lobby. Drink station had mold on tips & was totally disgusting & unorganized. The sweet tea was soured. Got order incorrect after finally getting someone to take it & telling them 3 different times what I wanted on sandwich. Can't really share atmosphere because I don't go in. I always order from the window, and I am always happy with my order. It is 100 percent correct, and as I have specified the way i I wanted it.

Went through Drive thru it order thru app so barely any interaction tried asking for condiments but was cut off by someone who was a fast speaking rushed employee and before getting the first word out I was told thank you have a nice day and window closed in my face. So had to walk in to get Wat I needed.
