“The Carrabba’s Italian Grill had a lovely ambiance, and the service was exceptional, but my Toscana pasta was overly sauced, making it too salty, and the filet was tough to chew, while the shrimp were overcooked. Although I enjoyed the dining experience, the food fell short for me.”

“Great spot for business dinners or date nights. Truthfully I was drawn in by the building because it looks so intriguing from the outside and I was just as impressed once we were inside. It isn’t too loud in there so if going for business or on a date night you can converse without having to strain to hear one another. The staff were all friendly and attentive. ??The preparation and presentation fully reflected the care that’s put into curating the Olivia experience.We had filet mignon, scallops, mushroom risotto, pasta, tomato and burrata, charcuterie, and the MUST HAVE garlic bread and enjoyed all of it! I imagine their cocktails must be good if you’re going for drinks because our non-alcohol cocktails were delicious (*this is a big plus for us because we don’t consume alcohol but we do love flavorful beverages when we’re dining*). ?”

“Ponte does not disappoint! I took my husband there last night for his birthday and from start to finish, it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere is elegant and modern but not ostentatious or garish. The food and drinks were creative, expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and unbelievably delicious. And I cannot say enough about the staff. From Samantha, the hostess; Tyler, the manager; Bill, our server; and Matt, the sous chef; to the young man serving the bread and the multiple other staff who kept our water glasses full, everyone was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and engaging. Samantha, in particular, handled a very aggressive and arrogant disgruntled man in the most diplomatic and professional manner. And this man was so aggressive that my husband and I almost intervened on Samantha’s behalf. But her diplomacy and professionalism did not waiver. To say she impressed us is an understatement. All in all, this was by far one of the best, if not the best restaurant experiences we have ever had. We will definitely return.”

“First time visiting here for a bridal shower and it was absolutely gorgeous! The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a unique vibe. We had a bridal shower brunch and they accommodated our party easily. The table was decorated so cute, along with custom “she said yes” menus that each guest got to order from! I had the French toast for brunch and it was a delicious, although a little sweet for my taste (I’m team savory for brunch always). Drinks were good, along with their craft sodas which were delicious! Would definitely recommend in the future and will be back for other meals!”

“I didn't eat here, as I was just there to pickup food for my boss. Her order was ready in 15 minutes. ALL of the staff I encountered was very nice and professional; from the valet parking guy to the servers in passing, to the girl who cashed the order out. They accommodated my additional request without any hesitation. (Extra cup of ice with lemons). This place was a whole vibe! It was packed, so I can imagine how tasty their food is. Hopefully one day in my down time, I can squeeze in time for lunch here. It smelled good and the establishment was clean. Even though they were slam packed, the servers didn't look stressed or overwhelmed. They just went with the flow. Even without tasting the food, I rate this business with 5 stars. It is very welcoming. Parking isn't great, but it's doable. It's definitely an excellent place and I would recommend just through observation that this would be an excellent place to grab brunch at! Way to set the bar for these other small restaurants in Tampa. Whatever it is you're doing, keep it up!”

“This is an incredible place and what an absolutely fabulous experience and dinner. Amazing wines and food. We enjoyed the 11 course menu with wine pairing for a birthday. It was the best. The chefs are so friendly and really take their timeto explain what is getting served, how it was cooked and how the ingredients and wines are sourced. they enjoy the clients feedback too. It was such a good night. Thank you Ebbe , such a gem in Tampa.”

“Great place to spend a clear weather day. Nice, clean outside patio area but with annoying giant fans. Varied menu with something for everyone.Okra was surprisingly delicious although not prepared as we expected. Fried gator tail was good & chicken main dish was OK but a little generic. Big portions for price overall. Cocktails (Margaritas) not good unfortunately & wine menu is limited but we opted for a bottle.Server Valeria was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable & approachable. Very nice touch for special occasion as she brought out a box of chocolates with a candle & card. Really appreciated.Parking is a pain so we Uber there. We come regularly. Will continue to recommend. Make a reservation so you don’t have to wait, it can get busy.”

“Oh my gosh!! When I say this place was amazing, it is quite literally an understatement. Fly Chix was the best chicken joint I’ve ever come across, and I’d definitely recommend it. The food was impeccable and fresh from scratch. In addition to that, the customer service was incredible. The overall vibe of the restaurant is welcoming but also just a cool place to eat at and enjoy. Can’t wait to find myself back there again. 10/10 would definitely recommend?”

“Unique delightful lunch! Loved the pork and plantain bites including the mango salsa and avocado sauce. Taco Tuesday was a bargain and I used some of the mango salsa and avocado sauce to enhance the tacos. Strawberry church dessert was so wonderful that we ate the whole thing!”

“Chef Paul uses only fresh prepared meals. The best ever lump crab cakes, shrimp entrees. Don't forget the desserts are wonderful. Clean family restaurant with great service. Will return soon for a wonderful dinning experience.”

They did a mini decoration on the table for his birthday and kept acknowledging it several times which was so sweet.Shawn was our server/bar tender and he was incredible. His hospitality has been the best our of the various restaurants we've experienced. His service was so grand, it made it more of an experience.The food was decadent and delicious. The caviar devil eggs, cesar salad, bone-in filet, blackened snapper along with their dessert was to die for.Thank you so much. We will for sure become regulars. :)”

“We finally got the chance to stop by here for lunch. We thought the ordering system was a bit silly. We ordered at one computer, and then the employee told us to pay at the other computer. We waited for the same employee to walk over to the other computer to complete our transaction, seems a bit odd? I was recommended to try the Renee, and dang was that a delicious sandwich. “Amazing grilled mains, hot, and cold meze. The batata harra (spicy potatoes), hummus, and mixed grill were my favorite items, but everything was delicious! Truly home-style Middle Eastern cooking, including Arabic coffee (think Turkish coffee, but with cardamom) coupled with great service in cute patio seating. Definitely worth a visit while in Tampa/Ybor!”

“I've eaten BBQ all across the U.S. and live in N.C., the Pork BBQ Capitol of the world. I have never eaten better Brisket and the pulled pork was outstanding. Veteran owned is just a plus. 5 Stars doesn't go high enough. It is a Perfect 10.”

“My husband and I had a dinner date here last week and really enjoyed it. We started with the Ahi Tuna Tartare. It was out of this world. It was also such a generous portion. I had the Wood-Grilled Tenderloin salad. The tenderloin was so tender, and the veggies in the salad were crisp. I would definitely order this again. I took half home for ljnch the next day. My husband got the Boneless Rainbow Trout. He also really enjoyed his dish. We did get the carrots cake dessert, but scarfed it down so fast I didn't get a pic. Our server, Paul, was attentive and very pleasant. He was amazing. We will definitely be back soon.”

You guys make it memorable.New recommendation: stuffed piquillo peppers on tapas menu. Wow.I and family members have been to the Columbia many, many times, especially for special occasions, including Thanksgiving a couple of years. It's just a fun, memorable place where you can enjoy an experience. Professional staff to start with, Alfredo taking care of a party of seven, I think, the last time. Had a blast with him. Lots of rooms to choose from, some very different from others. As for food, if I myself were to advise, I might mention Caldo Gallego (soup, unbelievably good: Alfredo saw how much I liked it and got me a free second cup--hope I don't get you in trouble), stuffed mushrooms, pompano, flan, white chocolate bread pudding, and mojitos, lots of mojitos. The Cuban bread is complimentary, and it's very hard to resist filling up just on that: wonderful.”
