Talk about shocked! Figured I'd call this morning to speak to a manager. I get offered free food, which no thanks, got apology. Which i appreciate. But come on to be called a Fatass! Which totally not but body shaming! That's horrible! Posted on Instagram and was asked to take down by corporate, absolutely not happening! These 2 guys will be spoken too, that's it?! Very upsetting! People should know the treatment employees give there. It is totally crazy! Teenagers or not, it's not appropriate for anyone to do this!! Won't ever go back!!“
“As usual, the food was excellent for a fast food joint. I ordered through their app and arranged for a pickup at the front counter. My food was fresh, hot, and correct for both of my orders. Hats off to the the BOH.The FOH staff although pleasant and friendly, seemed to lack focus and not really know what was going on. It felt like the online orders and the in house orders were confusing the staff, including someone who I later determined to be a manager. Even with that small detriment, the food came out quick and accurate so there couldn't have been that much of an issue.“
“My mom left her purse here yesterday (1 day before Hurricane Milton landfall) and the manager personally dropped off her purse to our house. We really appreciate their kindness and effort to help us out! And their location has good friendly service.“
“Demeatric and Neese were so accommodating and made my daughter with autism feel so special when she ordered food. They were on top of helping her with pointing to the menu to understand. She wanted a crown and even though she’s 23 they did not make her feel anything but special. They are amazing and are the kind people in this world!! Thank you
