Ocean Seven at The Hiatus Hotel offers a great dining experience with a Floribbean menu on the 7th floor. The empanadas are out of this world, and the Wagu strip melts in your mouth. The burger is flavorful and the plantains are different but not bad. The cream corn and pineapple upside down cake are unexpected but delicious. Make sure to reserve a patio table in advance. The ambiance is amazing, and the staff, including Chef Drew and server Joey, are great. Don't miss out on the fried lobster and tasty drinks from bartender Paulina.
