My issue was a male employee dropping the "F" word that could be heard in the speaker outside. If it can be heard outside I am sure customers inside can hear it as well.
The other concern was the French fries though hot were bitter tasting. They tasted as if the vats aren't cleaned properly. The taste bothered my tongue and I can still taste it.
