I had a negative experience at this location, they wasn't even busy and it took them several minutes to complete my order smh. The drive through employee didn't speak English, huge language barrier here. The employee's were yelling at each other which is a huge turn off, the food taste average though. BK used to be good back in the day however they have went down really bad, I won't be visiting again......
Walked in at first, service was so slow I went to the drive-through. Service was slow there as well but at least I could listen to my radio while I waited. Maybe this place needs more help?

Floor slick and dirty. Tables not wiped until I asked for a towel and spray to clean it myself. Then manager came out and wiped everything down. And it was far from busy. No napkins available without having to ask at the counter. Soda machine needs a good clean or filters replaced. Any drink that wasnt real strong tasted stale almost moldy. Example, auguas frescas,couple of the powerade drinks.
