“I love Chic-fil-a, but almost every time we order for pickup, something is wrong or missing from the order.
They are always super accommodating and happy to correct it, but this requires returning to the store, which costs time and convenience. I get that it will happen sometimes, but for us it’s often. A little QC’ing of the orders will go along way.
The most recent experience we had two of the four sandwiches missing. I went back and they remade the whole order (which was a great gesture). But, when we got back home (the second time) to eat, I took a bite of my sandwich and some sort of plastic or foil product wrapper mixed in the sandwich. At that point, I felt like I couldn’t go back and say anything, even I found it hard to believe.“
“I lived in Clermont 20 years, We used to go to this chick filet on lunch break. Went tonight and well, looks really different they have fast tracked this drive thru for serious numbers. wow, I almost got scared off by all the ipads waiting to take my order, but it was easy, even for this old guy. Same reliable chick fil-a. memories. was great“
“Today I came in to get my lunch. I met an amazing guy who works here. His name is Chris, blue eyes, young. He complimented me on my outfit and it was a nice gesture. I was having a little bit of a rough day and he definitely made it better. Kindness goes a longgg way. He’s just so full of positive energy. He has the type of smile that can just light up an entire room. He’s so polite and happy. I really love coming across people like him. Chris bless your heart you are an angel 💖💖💖“
