“shoutout to the manager of this location. fresh flowers on every table, hand sanitizing wipes for guests by the sauce station, ways for the community to engage with the store (signs, cards, etc.), complimentary mouth wash in the bathroom, complimentary sanitary bags for feminine products, beautiful hand painted art on the windows. WOW. Never seen a chick fil a with so much heart and love.“

“This location is super close to my house and when I first moved to orlando they did not have curbside so I did not eat CFA for an entire year until they made curbside available. Now they have suddenly removed curbside as an option and when I asked staff I was told it was because 'customers weren't getting their orders at night' (?) not sure why the solution to this would be getting rid of it all together. Taking away the convenience of curbside makes no sense and hopefully there's a better solution.“

A couple weeks ago, my truck got stuck in drive thru and Ethan came over to help. He was so kind, patient, and stayed calm the whole time. “I walked into Chick fila a for the first time expecting fast food. Nothing more. Chicken, fries, sauce, a plastic tray and another American chain crossed off the list.

What I got was something dangerously close to a revelation.

Maybe I got lucky. Maybe this particular Chick fila is staffed by a collection of fanatics who've made a deal with the devil. I don't know. What I do know is that the chicken was spectacular.

The first bite immediately destroyed whatever expectations I had brought through the door. The chicken was impossibly moist and succulent beneath that crisp, seasoned exterior. Not greasy. Not dry. Not buried beneath enough breading to disguise what you're actually eating. Just good chicken, cooked extraordinarily well.

Then came the sauce.

This is where fast food so often commits its greatest sin, drowning mediocre food beneath something sweet, salty and aggressively engineered until all you can taste is sauce. Not here. The Chickfila sauce knew its place. It accompanied the chicken rather than conquered it, adding smoke, sweetness and tang while allowing the thing I'd actually ordered to remain the star.

Together, it became this strange symposium of familiar flavours nothing particularly exotic, nothing pretending to reinvent food just traditional flavours combining in something approaching their most ecstatic form.

Even the presentation understood the assignment. Simple. Clean. Almost disarmingly ordinary. The food doesn't arrive screaming for your attention. It just sits there looking exactly like what it is, quietly confident that you're about to understand.

And then there were the waffle chips

Beautifully uncomplicated.

They didn't try to be something they weren't. No mountain of seasoning. No ridiculous toppings. No attempt to turn a potato into an architectural project. They remained steadfast in their purpose, hot, crisp edged, soft centred vehicles for potato, salt and, inevitably, more Chickfila sauce.

I kept waiting for the bad chip

It never came.

One after another, they performed. Dip, bite, repeat. The last was somehow as satisfying as the first.

Perhaps that's what impressed me most about the whole meal. There was nowhere for it to hide. These were extraordinarily simple things chicken, bread, potatoes, sauce executed with such consistency that simplicity became the selling point.

For the duration of that meal, it didn't feel like I was sitting in another enormous American fast food chain. It felt like somebody actually gave a shit about what had been put in front of me.

And perhaps that's ridiculous. Perhaps tomorrow I'll walk into another Chick-fil-A and discover that the gods simply smiled upon me today.

But this was my first one.

And on this particular day, in this particular restaurant, Chick-fil-A gave me what I genuinely believe was the best fast-food meal I've ever eaten.

This location was very clean and the food came reasonably quickly. Next time I am in Orlando this will be my go to Chik-Fil-A location.“

“On the morning of July 21, 2026, my spouse and I arrived at Chick-fil-A and joined the drive-thru line from the gas station entrance. As the vehicle in front of us moved forward, a red car approached from the opposite direction and cut into the line, bypassing the many customers who had been patiently waiting. The line had extended into the gas station parking lot, and everyone else was following the proper order.

Several customers were understandably frustrated, and a few honked their horns in response to the situation. It was disappointing to see someone disregard the line while everyone else was waiting their turn.

We are writing to commend Caleb for the calm, professional, and respectful way he handled the situation. Once the driver realized that cutting in line would not be allowed, they left the drive-thru. Caleb then came to our vehicle and apologized for the inconvenience. His willingness to address the situation fairly and courteously made a lasting impression on us.

We thanked Caleb because it is not always easy to stand up for what is right, especially in a tense situation. He handled it with professionalism, integrity, and kindness, and we truly appreciate the way he represented Chick-fil-A.

We hope Caleb receives the recognition he deserves for his outstanding customer service. You have an exceptional team member, and we wanted to make sure his efforts did not go unnoticed.“
