“Went through the drive through today to pick up mobile orders. While yes we had two mobile orders when we got to the window we had to wait longer and around 6 cars passed us. The upsetting part was the Mac and cheese. I ordered a large and my friend ordered a med. Usually the Mac and cheese is creamy but today it was very dry. You would think being a high volume location it would be fresh and not dry especially for the price point chick Fil a is at today.“

“This location is super close to my house and when I first moved to orlando they did not have curbside so I did not eat CFA for an entire year until they made curbside available. Now they have suddenly removed curbside as an option and when I asked staff I was told it was because 'customers weren't getting their orders at night' (?) not sure why the solution to this would be getting rid of it all together. Taking away the convenience of curbside makes no sense and hopefully there's a better solution.“

I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A at Waterford Lakes for years, and everyone has always been extremely kind, attentive, and super nice.

A couple weeks ago, my truck got stuck in drive thru and Ethan came over to help. He was so kind, patient, and stayed calm the whole time. He handled everything really well and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I just wanted to recognize him because it’s not every day you come across someone who goes out of their way to help.“
“My first time in this location and I was served by an extremely helpful person. Her name was Shnaydine. She explained all the options very clearly and I had a great meal.
This location was very clean and the food came reasonably quickly. Next time I am in Orlando this will be my go to Chik-Fil-A location.“
“Stopped by on the way to the airport. The food was very tasty, fresh and hot! The service was even better, the young girl (Neveah)at the register was very accommodating, friendly and helpful, i would employ her! “My family had to return a rental car late on a Monday night due to mechanical problems.
While my wife was waiting in line, my son and I went here for dinner. We just got in to Orlando and we didn't have a chance to get dinner due to the aforementioned rental car problem.
This location was just about to close for the night when they took our order for regular Chik Fil A sandwich meals. The staff was very friendly and the meals were very delicious.
It mad a bad day of delayed travel and rental car troubles turn our attitude around. We will definitely recommend this location for a meal the next time we fly out of MCO.“
“On the morning of July 21, 2026, my spouse and I arrived at Chick-fil-A and joined the drive-thru line from the gas station entrance. As the vehicle in front of us moved forward, a red car approached from the opposite direction and cut into the line, bypassing the many customers who had been patiently waiting. The line had extended into the gas station parking lot, and everyone else was following the proper order.
Several customers were understandably frustrated, and a few honked their horns in response to the situation. It was disappointing to see someone disregard the line while everyone else was waiting their turn.
We are writing to commend Caleb for the calm, professional, and respectful way he handled the situation. Once the driver realized that cutting in line would not be allowed, they left the drive-thru. Caleb then came to our vehicle and apologized for the inconvenience. His willingness to address the situation fairly and courteously made a lasting impression on us.
We thanked Caleb because it is not always easy to stand up for what is right, especially in a tense situation. He handled it with professionalism, integrity, and kindness, and we truly appreciate the way he represented Chick-fil-A.
We hope Caleb receives the recognition he deserves for his outstanding customer service. You have an exceptional team member, and we wanted to make sure his efforts did not go unnoticed.“
“I just wanted to recognize Store Manager Benal because he truly made our visit stand out. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the customers and his team. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everyone had a great experience.
People like Benal are the reason customers keep coming back. Great employees are hard to find, and I really hope Chick-fil-A recognizes the value he brings to this location. “I ordered food for my family at the Chick-fil-A inside SeaWorld and quickly realized that the prices were much higher than at a typical Chick-fil-A location. Because of that, I decided to remove my milkshake from the order after seeing that it would cost over $10 with tax.
The manager, Emily, noticed and was incredibly kind. She surprised me by giving me a small portion of a milkshake for free because she understood that I didn’t want to pay the full price. Her kindness and customer service truly stood out and made our day. Emily deserves a raise! Thank you for going above and beyond.“

WOW. Never seen a chick fil a with so much heart and love.“
