“Very nice Chick-Fil-A, we did the drive-through, and it is nice to have a person take your order and not a speaker box. The sandwiches were tasty, and my spicy had the right amount of heat. The only downside was that the fries were a little soggy.“
“I don't usually go to Chick Fil A, or a lot of fast food places for that matter, let alone dine in, but I will say the food was delicious. I really came here to say that the cashier, Mya, was very cheerful and welcoming, seemed like she was enjoying her job. I'm guessing it's because the company has high standards and trains them well. Reminds me of Publix employees but even happier. The guy that delivered the food to my table was a little over the top with happiness, like overkill, by addressing me as "my friend" and then addressing the next table he served as "my friends"; not sure if that's what he was taught by management or he adopted that as his signature greeting but I found it fake and annoying. But props to Mya!!“
“Stopped here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The restaurant had plenty of seating and was very clean. We ordered at the table via the app and our order was brought to us. “We loved this Chick-fil-A. We received our food quickly, restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly, and immediately when we walked up to the register they gave my 1 year old a toy to play with. Another plus was that their playground is open! Children were having so much fun playing while we were eating.“
“Exceptional customer service. I had a rough day, came in to redeem my free sandwich from the “Fowl Shot” at the Magic game on Sunday but my app wasn’t working properly. They honored the tickets from the game and video I provided them of the “Fowl Shot” that got us the sandwiches. They went above and beyond to then serve us our food and make sure we were satisfied with everything. This Chick-fil-A location is truly unmatched. We love it here!“

“Nothing special... my visit was ok. No one welcomed we in. Food was ok... definitely not fresh but edible. The lady's bathroom had no paper towel, and when I came out to tell a worker, they definitely didn't care to fix the problem.“

“We were a party of three. I not only enjoy Chick-fil-A for their wonderful tasty menu, but also for their consistency from store to store. No matter where you go, it seems, the food is always delicious. This time, however, two of the meals seemed like they been sitting around for a while.. definitely did not live up to my expectations for a Chick-fil-A location. And the atmosphere was good even it was pretty busy just around 12:45 PM. I’m not trying to Chick-fil-A just letting Management know that we have to watch more closely how long the food is sitting before we serve it. I’m sure there’s a balance between getting the food out fast in getting the food out fresh. We got the food fast this time around. I did notice what appeared to be the manager working very hard bringing food out to people even outside the store into the mall. You go man!“

“Great food and great service! Food was freshly made and hot. Everything tasted great, and the portion of the food was comparable to the price. I highly recommend the egg white grill for breakfast with honey roasted BBQ sauce. It's not given enough praise among the other popular breakfast staples, i.e. chicken biscuits, The grilled chicken breakfast burrito is also another great option. Love this place. Always a go-to for breakfast, lunch, and/dinner.“

“I’ve been to this location quite a few times and it is a pleasant experience.Lot’s of area to park, relatively easy to access, next to the highway and a 7/11, nice interior and atmosphere, workers are polite (as always), and the food is always fresh.I have only ever ordered the Chick-fil-a sandwich, waffles fries, chicken minis, and hash-rounds to-go and am never disappointed. The food is always great, service is fast, staff is friendly, and overall clean and good atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: They have good prices for their kids meals and also good variety of options and also they have a “secret” option (not listed on the menu) to trade the kids toy for a kids ice cream cup or cone! But I will say I feel that the toys that come with the kids meal here are a lot better than most other fast food places I have visited.“

“CHICK FIL A always has great food. The wraps salads sandwiches and chicken straps are all good. They usually have quick ordering, but once you pull to the front, they always have me park, which is odd. I pulled aroun to park and waited while 13 cars went through and left. Then, I got out of my car and asked the people at the window (straight across where we parked). Where's our order? I never order anything unusual or special order. She said it would be out. The location on Conroy and Kirkman used to have very polite people at the window, but now they are rude. They need a new staff or update the training and stop having certain cars park when the order is simple, small, and nothing special ordered. Step your customer service up a few notches!!!!! Or replace the ones at the window.“

The food is the same delicious quality food found at any Chick-fil-A location. The staff did not seem very friendly but they were professional. The prices seemed reasonable for airport food. Overall, it was a good experience with good food at a reasonable price.“
