“We were greeted promptly from a very nice young lady, who was so polite and friendly. My tasty food was delivered by another nice young lady, she asked if we needed anything else and to let her know if she could do anything else for us. I find all the people they are so friendly and work so hard to make the customers happy. They are also well trained and seemed happy working there which reflects the mood of the restaurant.“

“Food is this location is always fresh but honestly the best part is the service, a shout out to the team members on this location, they are super polite and always welcome you with a smile. They seem to always perform their job with pride and joy. Eat at this chick fila with confidence, your food will be great and you will be treated very nicely.“

“This was the first time I came to this location, and the first time with so.eone that needed accessible parking. We all k ow how good their food is, and how awesome their lemonade is but this time it was a little different. My relatives dietary needs are different than mine and I was able to get grilled chicken instead of breaded; fruits instead of fries, and their lemonade with sugar substitute. Made his day! Plenty of accessible parking, easy to use restrooms, and as always very courteous service. Glad I went!“

“Liked the chicken bun I had, but the cheese and lettuce chilled the chicken, unless the chicken wasn't hot enough, as the cheese didn't melt at all. It was ok, but not as good as I expected. The staff and peaceful dinning room was lovely 😄“

“This location is super close to my house and when I first moved to orlando they did not have curbside so I did not eat CFA for an entire year until they made curbside available. Now they have suddenly removed curbside as an option and when I asked staff I was told it was because 'customers weren't getting their orders at night' (?) not sure why the solution to this would be getting rid of it all together. Taking away the convenience of curbside makes no sense and hopefully there's a better solution.“

“We never do fast food, but Summer brings challenges as a working mama and it was too hot to play outside. My son KNEW there was a playground at this location, which is a godsend bc so many had eliminated their kid space post COVID.
We were surprised to find they provide alcohol wipes with the meals for sanitation and mints following. Honestly, those little details make all the difference. I love the real flowers in the vases and the fact that their employees make you feel valued and that they look, regardless of how they feel, happy to see you.
I’m really impressed.
The icing on the cake was finding a paint party for all children and parents who wanted to participate for free! Honestly, being able to do my job guilt free and watch my son engage with other others has been the best part of the summer so far. Thank you so much!“

my nephew took me out to try out chick-fil-A earlier in the day on Wednesday at 12ish! It wasn't buzzing with people which was good, as it wasn't very crowded.
My nephew bought a meal with chips and curly furley fries and coke with no ice ( i was a bit sick with flu).
Man! Even being sick, the first bite was even heaven. The chicken fillet was fried to crisp, tender juicy and Spicy! The first bite sinked well into the sandwhich with a crunch. It had a slice of tomatoes and salad leaves and pickled cucumbers. All togather, it was put togather perfectly. The food was delivered to our table in no time. The chips were awesome, the sauces were good with the chips. The drinks were bubbly and enough cold. Might come here again when i m feeling even better.“

“Has to be one of the best chik fil a's out there! They work so hard mostly near a university, and always with a good attitude ready to help out. They even do events which is truly nice for the community to come together. The one and a while little free things youll recieve through the app for going to them specifically really makes me feel appreciated (going through a tough time and seeing 'heres a gift for you' made me smile and made my day so much turning my attitude around)“

From the moment I walked in, the service stood out. I was greeted by a supervisor (I didn’t catch her name, but she was petite with long hair) who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. She took the time to talk through the menu and offered recommendations that were spot on—something you don’t often get in a fast-food setting.

“I was there last week and there was a man being extremely rude to an older lady with a navy blue shirt and glasses. Something about a cookie. I felt so embarrassed for her. She tried everything but he was just so rude. Needed to be said. I am glad I remembered to leave this review because that guy was a quack.“

“My first time in this location and I was served by an extremely helpful person. Her name was Shnaydine. She explained all the options very clearly and I had a great meal.

This location was very clean and the food came reasonably quickly. Next time I am in Orlando this will be my go to Chik-Fil-A location.“

“Stopped by on the way to the airport. The food was very tasty, fresh and hot! The service was even better, the young girl (Neveah)at the register was very accommodating, friendly and helpful, i would employ her! Whilst sat waiting for our food the manager said hello and spoke with us about our trip to Florida. It felt like a very well run restaurant with a good team of employees!“

“My family had to return a rental car late on a Monday night due to mechanical problems.

While my wife was waiting in line, my son and I went here for dinner. We just got in to Orlando and we didn't have a chance to get dinner due to the aforementioned rental car problem.

This location was just about to close for the night when they took our order for regular Chik Fil A sandwich meals. The staff was very friendly and the meals were very delicious.

It mad a bad day of delayed travel and rental car troubles turn our attitude around. We will definitely recommend this location for a meal the next time we fly out of MCO.“

“As what's to be expected, Chik Fila's reputation is unmatched when it comes to customer service in the fast food industry. My order comes out perfect every time and in great time. Never had an issue at this location or any chick fila.“

“It's slammed all the time and the guys here can only do so much so I'm giving them a break. Is it a 5-10 minute wait most times? Yes. But they do tend to have around 20 people waiting for food at once, and usually not due to lack of effort, it's just because this campus has thousands of students and it just so happens lots of then want chick-fil-a.

Vegetarian options: There is a decent amount of salads and they are all customizable, plus veggie wraps (not on the menu and must be asked for) along with mac and cheese, fruit bowls, and other options like these.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread on request, plus grilled items.“
