I ordered a impossible plant based sandwich and only wanted the patty with no egg or cheese. This was on Easter Sunday. The girl charged me regular price without the price adjustment without the 2 items. So when I got to the window I asked for avocado. Then the girl was going to charge for that too. Place is just as bad as it was prior to refurb. 4 times in 1 week had to go inside because they screwed up my order. Need to work on customer service specially if you are gonna charge someone for something they didn’t even get or try to give me food that’s burnt and say that’s how it comes. If you wouldn’t eat why should I? Tired of wasting my money here. 1/9 ordered coffee same coffee for the last 30 years and she has the audacity to tell me maybe I should order it differently!...read full review
