McDonald’s Clermont is hands-down one of the most fun and well-run locations around — you can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. The team is friendly, fast, and clearly takes pride in what they do, which makes every visit easy and enjoyable. It’s obvious this McDonald’s is owned and operated by someone who truly cares about the experience, the people, and the community — a great spot that keeps you coming back with a smile. 🍟😊
The young guy at the drive through order/payment window was very rude, but luckily the girl who served the food was very nice polite and friendly.
Why!!! Please give napkins , ketchup, and not just one pack when I ordered a large fries and please place a straw in the bag when we ordered a drink. Trust me, it is not easy driving away and these items are missing when I want to eat and drive..

McDonald's offers good service and clean surroundings. Customers find the personnel helpful, delivering much better service than most McDonald restaurants. The food is the same as any other McDonald's. While the fish sandwich and McChicken are fresh and perfectly made, and the fries are hot and crispy, the experience can be impacted by issues such as not receiving food for over 30 minutes, as orders are yelled out from behind the counter. Customers have also encountered restrictions on purchasing large cups of water.
