McDonald's offers good service and clean surroundings. Customers find the personnel helpful, delivering much better service than most McDonald restaurants. The food is the same as any other McDonald's. While the fish sandwich and McChicken are fresh and perfectly made, and the fries are hot and crispy, the experience can be impacted by issues such as not receiving food for over 30 minutes, as orders are yelled out from behind the counter. Customers have also encountered restrictions on purchasing large cups of water.
