Opinion of someone who doesn't frequent drive thrus frequently:
It's been a long time since I've gone through a drive thru and this is the first time I've ever had to order from an A.I. My simple order of 2 ice creams went smoothly but the 2 cars ahead of me had significant issues completing their orders and I couldn't help but think that this is insanely inefficient.

Mid-Sunday morning. Sausage biscuits, breakfast potatoes, and a breakfast sausage burrito. All delicious! Counter service fast and accurate. Food quickly presented. Everything tasted great! Thanks, well done Clermont Wendy's by Costco! Well done!
This Wendy’s is still pretty new. Although I don’t frequent often, trying to stay away from fast food in general. This place isn’t too far from Clermont, and the food has been consistent since they’ve opened. In my opinion, if the employees at Wendy’s follow protocol, they out taste the other big 2. Customers have reported receiving fewer nuggets than ordered, with complaints about the fries not being full or hot. The manager, a young Hispanic gentleman, has been noted for his friendly attitude and understanding nature, trying his best to address concerns. It is advisable to check the opening hours as they may not be updated on Google. The dining room is clean, but it is a bit strange to have only one door open while the others are locked during business hours. The wait for food is usually only a couple of minutes, though the music inside can be a bit too loud, and the usability of the self-order kiosk could be improved.
