“The moment we walked in we were greeted with the most wonderful greeting by Tan. He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. Her service made us feel so comfy and welcome and she was also very attentive. When she introduced herself she even asked us for our names. Such a nice personal touch! The sushi rolls we ordered were absolutely delicious and fresh and the drinks were fantastic. The restaurant ambiance was bright, clean and spacious. And to top it off as we were walking toward the door to leave standing there was Mimi and Tan sending us off with their smiles and hugs. Tan, you are such a bright, joyful light! This was our first time here and will definitely not be the last.“

“Stopped in while vacationing and had a wonderful experience, all around! Every thing ordered was simply divine. Well prepared and fresh. Had the Dubai Chocolate Crepe for birthday dessert. Delicious! Would definitely highly recommend and look forward to a future return.“

“Delicious sushi restaurant! We started off with the fried gyoza appetizer and the salmon nigiri. There is an up charge of $6 if you decide to get all 12 salmon. For the entree I had the Chinese lo mein with shrimp and it was served fresh and hot. The food here is super filling! This is a fast food place so not many dine in. We were the only ones here but we did see several people walk in and get takeout to go. Prices were decent for the area. If you write a Google review and show them proof, you will get 10% off your order.“

“First time visit for lunch today with friends, and we were all pleasantly surprised with the extremely clean, aesthetic design, and friendly, eager staff. Order at the register and build your bowl with tons of fresh ingredients. The staff even offered to cook my salmon after discovering it was typically served as sushi-grade salmon, raw from the bar. The Asaba Aioli was a nice combo of sweet and spicy, and the freshly brewed fruit teas are truly a treat with a sample-tasting bar set up at the counter. We will be back. #highlyrecommend.“

A family member of mine have them them rave reviews some time back, and they weren't exaggerating...AT ALL!! Great pricing for what you're getting, and, not only that, but: FIRST CHINESE FOOD I ATE, AND DIDN'T HAVE TO USE ANY SOY OR DUCK SAUCE WHATSOEVER!!!

“Food was good I ordered house special fried rice and volcano sushi roll sometimes the crab in sushi taste better this last time was ok but fried rice always on point and also the side with the sushi it’s really good I give this place a whooping 8.7/10✅ I paid about $30 plus“

“I've actually been eating here since I was a kid. This restaurant not only knows quality but also quantity! They actually cook their food with love and they treat their customers like family. This place is the heart and soul of Oakland Park in my opinion. I am greatful my own children can enjoy the same warm flavorful food they used to make for me!!! And for those that complain about the price, they give you what you pay for, I usually have food left over for 2-3 days! The people that own the restaurant are some of the nicest I've met in my life and I am a black woman. Give it a try, be kind, be patient, Pagoda will definitely come through!❤️“

“Ma po tofu was great, and with ground pork which it should have. But the Sechuan shrimp was not like the one I really know and love- can’t even say it’s the same pepper. I guess they adjusted for Boca community. And I never really order sushi from Chinese take out, you should go to a only Japanese place for that if you want the better ones but I’m sure they make it good enough as a comfort food. People there were nice to me and I felt they had good service. I didn’t like small portion - but I guess based on the reviews I imagine how hard it is to own a business like this in Boca. Just try it first instead of listening to the bad reviews. The food was way better than the last one I tried near Doris’s“

“Unbelievable experience. Mr Ho is not only a professional. He’s is an excellent dinner guide. He led my party of 6 through the whole experience and treated us like family. Excellent experience, great food, and one of a kind atmosphere. Thank you Mr ho for making my night truly memorable and creating a whole experience outside of you typical mwal.
