“Me apena dejar un mal review pero en serio que es el peor servicio al cliente que visto en mi vida, no se trata de ser amable y sonreír, se trata de solucionar si tienen un inconveniente, y es la segunda vez que me sucede, no puede ser que llames a pedir una orden para recoger, llegues después de 20 minutos, y te hagan seguir esperando, por una hamburguesa, y le pregunté a la persona encargada si se iban a demorar, y sale y se pone hablar por teléfono, no sé qué trataba de solucionar por teléfono, cuando era cuestión de preguntar en la cocina, y ser sincera desde el comienzo y decir que hay un inconveniente, y me hubiese ido y normal, pero no después de qué ya pagué después de qué yo esperé me dice de qué van a se 20 min mas, Quién va a esperar una hora por una hamburguesa?????? Lo que me fastidia es la falta de seriedad, porque desde un comienzo me debió advertir, hasta llamada para decirme que tenían demoras, o por último ya cuando estuve ahí decirme lo que estaba sucediendo, y no dejarme esperando con excusas. “We dined at Casa Playa last night for a family get together and it was perfect! The ambience is open, contemporary and serene. Wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling glass, blonde wood furniture, bright white walls, and a colorful palm mural on one wall, is welcoming and confident. The artwork is in the food. We started with Peruvian style calamari which was crisply coated with an audible crunch. The chicken and beef Argentinian empanadas were baked pockets of lusciously seasoned meat. Other appetizers include crispy pork belly, spicy tuna tartar guacamole, and fresh ceviche. Several of us had the Ropa Vieja which our grandson delighted in telling us meant "old clothes." The flank steak was slow cooked in a well spiced tomato sauce with onions and peppers, then shredded to soak up all of the lively flavors. It was served with a mound of white rice, tasty black beans, and chunks of sweet maduros. Other dishes enjoyed by our family included shrimp, chimichurri steak, and mojo marinated pork.
The service was thoughtful and attentive and the evening was very enjoyable.

Marie the MOD who claimed to be an Owner/ Family member told us "is this your first time here?" stating I had been here several times. Marie then replied "Then you should know The rules" and began to berate the poor waitress right there at the table about not informing us of this rules! I was not only so embarrassed for the poor waitress but embarrassed for Miss Marie who claims to be an owner! I've been in the hospitality industry for years and have never in my life seen such behavior by a well known establishment. I paid my check and tipped the poor waitress well. after leaving I then went back and apologized again to the poor waitress for her manager/owners behavior. if corporate reads this, there's a coaching opportunity for Miss Marie. she should not be in management. to stand at a customers table in the middle of a crowded dining room and argue insisting that the customers are wrong and should know the rules is unacceptable! I don't mind playing by the rules but I need to know what they are first. I have visited La Bamba on several occasions over my years in Fort Lauderdale. that will end immediately!! I will never again visit or recommend La Bamba to anyone. consumer Beware $50.00 for 4 6oz well Margaritas is a crime within itself. you have several locations and have been successful maybe it's time you check yourself and remember where you came from. sincerely disgusted by La Bamba and it's supposed owner!“
