“Hooks Catch Seafood in Coral Springs delivered one of the best casual seafood meals we’ve had in a long time. Everything arrived hot and seasoned just right—flavorful without being salty. The team working there is genuinely kind, and we even had the chance to meet the owner’s son, who was just as friendly and welcoming.

The blackened catfish was absolutely perfect, cooked with care and great flavor. The French fries deserve their own mention: crisp, clean, and cooked in their own dedicated oil, which means no contamination and no heavy salt. The chicken was just as impressive—hot, juicy, and full of flavor.

The restaurant is kept clean, including the bathroom, and they offer drink refills, which is always appreciated. Hooks is the kind of place where the food is great and the people make it even better.“

Iole brought a birthday chalk board to the table and offered desserts for the occasion! This will become one of our “go-to” restaurants! The atmosphere is great, and the frozen Piña Colada did not disappoint. The menu is a bit limited, so I just had the chips and salsa—not really what I was in the mood for food-wise—but I did enjoy browsing through the connected Tommy Bahama store and got some shopping done. “We had a birthday party for 11 people at Sixty Vines in Boca Raton on 4/21/25 and the food and service were both excellent. The manager, Austin was very friendly and accommodating. Sixty Vines is lucky to have him. Hannah was our waitress, and she was amazing. We had drinks, appetizers and each had a meal, and the total bill was very reasonable for all that we received. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion. I don't write reviews; however, we were all so surprised by how great our experience was I wanted to share.“

I had a beautiful (large) salad topped with Thai steak and it was healthy and delicious. Ron almost always orders a burger and it was cooked perfectly with a large amount of awesome fries. The food was outstanding: the 1 lb meatball was huge and flavorful, the chicken wings were perfectly cooked, the crispy jalapeño potatoes had the right kick, and the wedge burger was fresh, juicy, and delicious. “On June 16, we went to Kaluz Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale to celebrate my mother’s 85th birthday. We are regulars at Kaluz to the point where we have the cell phone numbers of several employees. In a nutshell, Anthony, the manager, should not hold that position in a restaurant like Kaluz. My husband and Anthony exchanged words and Anthony’s solution to the issue was telling us, “You should not come back here. The owners do not want parties larger than five people.” My jaw dropped. I could not believe that a manager’s solution to an issue about seating us sooner, while we waited for two other people in our party, especially since my 85-year-old mother could not stand for long, was to tell us, on two separate occasions, that we should not come back. Anthony also put the entire blame on the owners of the restaurant. We go to Kaluz almost on a weekly basis, tip extremely well and have taken countless people there that have also ended up being regulars at Kaluz. No restaurant manager should EVER tell a customer, regular or not, to not come back regardless of the issue. Needless to say, we will not be going back to Kaluz as long as Anthony continues working“
