I had a great experience at Hook Seafood & Wings thanks to Daniel, the cashier. From the moment I walked in, he was respectful, fast, and professional. He greeted everyone with a positive attitude, stayed focused even when it got busy, and made sure every customer was taken care of quickly and accurately.

What stood out the most was how patient and clear he was when explaining the menu or answering questions—he never made anyone feel rushed or ignored. You can tell he takes his job seriously and wants people to leave happy.

“Last night, we were lucky enough to be seated in your main dining room after having drinks and appetizers at the bar. We normally attend the PGA location, but we had guests that we're staying in Delray and told them that your restaurant was delicious last night did not disappoint. Our server was fabulous. She was an African-American girl, but I don't remember her name. She was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and certainly was able to give us everything in service that would be expected at your high-quality Boca Raton location.
