“We ordered through DoorDash. Our door dasher forgot our pizza!! Eric the owner happened to hear me on the phone with Mike trying to get door dash to fix it and redeliver and Doordash refused to do it. But Eric called me back and personally met me near by to deliver the pizza himself!! If Pirmanti Fort Lauderdale was my fav pizza spot before now this location has been added to my favs & you will always have our business!! Great customer service does still exist!! Thank you all for not letting or dinner get ruined!!“

“Our waitress Brenna made our already good dining experience 100 times better. She was so genuine, sweet, funny and down to earth. She went above and beyond standard customer service. She was so easy to talk to among other things like recommending dishes and making sure we were pleased from beginning to end. Her beautiful spirit was so easy for our family to connect with. The food was hot and fresh and it didn't take long to come to the table. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming as we were there to celebrate my son's birthday. “I had a great experience at YOLO for brunch! The drinks were amazing, and the food was just as impressive. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and very customer-oriented, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I usually visit YOLO just for drinks, but this was my 2nd time having brunch, and it definitely did not disappoint amd better than I expected. I highly recommend it and will certainly be back!“

I LOVED the brussel sprouts -- literally could have had them for dinner and nothing else. My pasta dish with short ribs was so decadent that I had the leftovers for breakfast the next day! I wish I would have left more of it to eat the next day!

“We had the best dinner at a local Plantation restaurant - we highly recommend Burtons Grill & Bar! The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and accommodating and even the Manager came over to our table to thank us. I had a beautiful (large) salad topped with Thai steak and it was healthy and delicious. Ron almost always orders a burger and it was cooked perfectly with a large amount of awesome fries. The nice thing we liked about it, also, is that there is a lovely outdoor patio with fans and very comfortable. Our server was delightful, and we noticed that ALL of the servers were smiling and attentive to everyone! Oh, yes, we will be back!!“

“On June 16, we went to Kaluz Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale to celebrate my mother’s 85th birthday. We are regulars at Kaluz to the point where we have the cell phone numbers of several employees. In a nutshell, Anthony, the manager, should not hold that position in a restaurant like Kaluz. My husband and Anthony exchanged words and Anthony’s solution to the issue was telling us, “You should not come back here. The owners do not want parties larger than five people.” My jaw dropped. I could not believe that a manager’s solution to an issue about seating us sooner, while we waited for two other people in our party, especially since my 85-year-old mother could not stand for long, was to tell us, on two separate occasions, that we should not come back. Anthony also put the entire blame on the owners of the restaurant. We go to Kaluz almost on a weekly basis, tip extremely well and have taken countless people there that have also ended up being regulars at Kaluz. No restaurant manager should EVER tell a customer, regular or not, to not come back regardless of the issue. Needless to say, we will not be going back to Kaluz as long as Anthony continues working“

She was very attentive from beginning with waters, then to going over the drink menu and daily specials. We ordered artichoke for our appetizer, and it was scrumptious. The main course we selected was the New York strip with Mac and cheese, which was exceptionally cooked to our liking and a great choice to share between two people.
