“The food and restaurant was great, the service was meh, we were there for about an hour, and 20 mins was waiting for the server to come back at the end. After we finished eating, around 10 mins of waiting a manager who walked by took our empty plates and said he would send the server. 10 mins later the server finally came and we were able to get our check. Wasted 20 mins just to pay and leave.“

Her attention to detail, timely check-ins without being bothersome, and preparation throughout the entire experience was truly top notch. “We had a birthday party for 11 people at Sixty Vines in Boca Raton on 4/21/25 and the food and service were both excellent. The manager, Austin was very friendly and accommodating. Sixty Vines is lucky to have him. Hannah was our waitress, and she was amazing. We had drinks, appetizers and each had a meal, and the total bill was very reasonable for all that we received. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion. I don't write reviews; however, we were all so surprised by how great our experience was I wanted to share.“

I LOVED the brussel sprouts -- literally could have had them for dinner and nothing else. My pasta dish with short ribs was so decadent that I had the leftovers for breakfast the next day! I wish I would have left more of it to eat the next day!

“We had the best dinner at a local Plantation restaurant - we highly recommend Burtons Grill & Bar! The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and accommodating and even the Manager came over to our table to thank us. I had a beautiful (large) salad topped with Thai steak and it was healthy and delicious. Ron almost always orders a burger and it was cooked perfectly with a large amount of awesome fries. The nice thing we liked about it, also, is that there is a lovely outdoor patio with fans and very comfortable. Our server was delightful, and we noticed that ALL of the servers were smiling and attentive to everyone! Oh, yes, we will be back!!“

“I’m not from the area—I was in town for a test and decided to stop by for dinner. I’m so glad I did! The food was delicious, fresh, and well prepared. The service was outstanding, especially from Levi (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly). He was friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome. It was a great experience, and I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in town again. Highly recommend!“

“On June 16, we went to Kaluz Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale to celebrate my mother’s 85th birthday. We are regulars at Kaluz to the point where we have the cell phone numbers of several employees. In a nutshell, Anthony, the manager, should not hold that position in a restaurant like Kaluz. My husband and Anthony exchanged words and Anthony’s solution to the issue was telling us, “You should not come back here. The owners do not want parties larger than five people.” My jaw dropped. I could not believe that a manager’s solution to an issue about seating us sooner, while we waited for two other people in our party, especially since my 85-year-old mother could not stand for long, was to tell us, on two separate occasions, that we should not come back. Anthony also put the entire blame on the owners of the restaurant. We go to Kaluz almost on a weekly basis, tip extremely well and have taken countless people there that have also ended up being regulars at Kaluz. No restaurant manager should EVER tell a customer, regular or not, to not come back regardless of the issue. Needless to say, we will not be going back to Kaluz as long as Anthony continues working“

Eric the owner happened to hear me on the phone with Mike trying to get door dash to fix it and redeliver and Doordash refused to do it. But Eric called me back and personally met me near by to deliver the pizza himself!! If Pirmanti Fort Lauderdale was my fav pizza spot before now this location has been added to my favs & you will always have our business!! Great customer service does still exist!!
