“The chicken marsala pizza is amazing. A sauce that is just the right consistency, and a flavor straight from Italy. I opted for the gluten free crust, which I was happy to discover was a cauliflower crust. many places.use the udi's GF crust, which is ok, but not great. The crust they use here was lovely. I would definitely get the chicken marsala pizza again, but they have so many different and unique options I would have to try others first. I also had their pasta fagioli, which was the best I've had in a very long time. The flavor was complex and delicious. a hidden treat for those that are gluten free, the soup is made in houe and the pasta is not added until it is time to serve. ordering without pasta, it is gluten free. The owners happened to be there when we stopped in. They were super friendly and very helpful in addressing my dietary restrictions. The quality of ingredients really shows in their food.i highly recommend trying this restaurant.“

“If you're going to order Hungry Howie's, from this Deerfield Beach location, I suggest you don't do it from Uber. Not just one time, but a good amount of times they don't pay any attention to special orders. All I asked for was no cheese and they couldn't do that. When I called them and told them they told me that either I can order it again through Uber which I would have to pay for it again, or I can drive and pick up what I ordered. What would be the point if I ordered it through Uber. I guess I wasn't important enough to have them send the right order to me even though they screwed it up again. When I went in again to pick up my food they offered me a very weak apology which didn't really mean much since that's all they offered even though they took a half hour out of my time to pick up what they were supposed to deliver. That is the end of my Hungry Howie's business. I will be sure to describe this situation on my podcast. pizza was burnt also“

They brought out the wrong pasta at first, but quickly corrected it with no hassle at all. “I absolutely love coming to Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza! I’ve been a regular every Wednesday and it’s always a wonderful experience. The manager, Jose, is Amazing, friendly, attentive, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. He and Michael both make the best pizza; my favorite is the Bambino style lightly cooked, and they get it perfect every single time.

“Went today to try this pizza. Ordered the Star Pizza recommended by waitress. Clever star shaped pie with delicious dough and tomato sauce. Could not find the spicy salami or the mozzarella. The ricotta cheese was bland and caused the dough to be soggy. Will not order this again, but do plan to return to try regular pies. Please, please ask wait staff to not clear table while guest is still eating. Place was not busy, no line waiting thus no need to rush .“

“Large restaurant with big beautiful cocktail bar. Started with a fresh watermelon martini made with Tito‘s for happy hour and it was delicious! Very refreshing. I ordered the eggplant Parm, which was sliced nice and thin piled high with mozzarella cheese sauce, and basil topping. It was the best I’ve ever had. 🙌 For an appetizer, we got the rice balls which were lightly fried, crunchy with delicious filling. our server was very attentive, but not overbearing. Everything was perfect. We met our parents there. It’s a great meeting spot and we will be returning and making it a regular meeting place.“

The owner and staff were very kind and helpful, they were open late on Christmas Eve, and very accommodating. You could sit outside and people watch or inside and enjoy the wonderful smells of the open kitchen. Do yourself a favor and get there now… You will enjoy some of the best thin crust pizza you’ve ever had.“
