SanTo's Modern American Buffet & Sushi in Boca Raton, FL offers a high-quality and affordable dining experience with an amazing buffet. Guests can enjoy an all-you-can-eat selection of sushi, crab legs, sirloin, and tenderloin, as well as a variety of other delicious dishes. The service is described as super nice and good, creating a chilled atmosphere for diners. While the restaurant is great for large family events, it is primarily suited for meat eaters, with limited options for plant-based or vegan dishes. Guests have praised the sushi for its freshness, along with the crab legs and shrimp. However, there have been some reports of inconsistencies in the freshness of the sushi and the attitude of the cooks behind the hot food section. Some customers have mentioned a desire for more options, such as egg drop soup, but overall, SanTo's remains a recommended choice for those looking for a relaxed and satisfying buffet experience with a Japanese touch.
