Rocio has a gift for hospitality—her energy lights up the café and she makes every guest feel special. Rodrigo’s passion shines through in every dish and drink; the flavors are thoughtful, balanced, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they pour their hearts into everything, from the beautiful presentation to the little personal touches that make the experience extraordinary.
What stood out most is how much love and pride they take in what they do. “This has been a wonderful stay. The hotel is very unique yet luxurious. The staff here especially Wendell and Lizette have been great and very accommodating! We ate breakfast on our last day and that too was top notch. The beach is right across the way and you have access to beach chairs with your stay as well. We will definitely come back, thank you Pelican Team Members for a memorable time!“

“We found this place by accident because there was a wait at another place down the street. Thank goodness we did! The bartender was so so good. She was waiting in three people at once and never missed a beat! The burgers and wings were awesome. We sat at the bar and watching her and the cook handle a huge crowd was pure magic!“

“If you’re in Miami Beach, Carlyle Cafe is a must-visit! The place has a cool Art Deco vibe (yep, it was in The Birdcage) and a great atmosphere. Huge shoutout to Rodrigo and Paz for the top-notch service! Perfect spot to soak in the Ocean Drive energy.“
“The setting and meal were excellent. Our server Ricardo excellent! My concern was when we received the bill there was an 18% service charge placed on it. The drawback to this was we typically tip 30% so we had to reduce our tip to Ricardo to 10%. This service charge should be in price of the meal.“

“The food is always perfection! Today I ordered to go as usual and Litsy at the pickup counter was amazing. She checked my order and made sure I had all my sauces too. She is super sweet and a refreshing face to see and be greeted by when you walk through the door. She’s so friendly and very good at her job. She made pickup go very smoothly and I have no complaints. Dinner was delicious!“

I had a fantastic and incredibly relaxing day at Aquatica Pool & Beach Bar! It's open to the public, which is great, and the atmosphere was enhanced by a really good DJ spinning some chill tunes. We spent the day by the pool, enjoying full-service.
Our bartender, Nicole, was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We also received excellent service from Niko. If you're looking for a family-friendly spot to spend a day by the pool, this is definitely the place.
I ordered a Smash Burger, a chicken salad, and some coconut water. Everything was delicious and hit the spot. There's also convenient paid parking right next door, which makes things easy.
I highly recommend Aquatica for a chill and enjoyable day out!“
“Amazing restaurant and bar! This is a sophisticated restaurant with a wonderful menu and delicious food. You can see the passion to deliver the best is with the staff and owners, the chef made the effort to come and discuss the menu to ensure I was satisfied without being prompted. The owners where very welcoming , there was wonderful calm live music and beautiful decor and views surrounding. “Not sure why the low rating. This is our first time here and everything we’ve eaten is delicious and the service is perfect. We enjoyed a proscuitto and burrata salad, fried plantains, seafood risotto, and the assorted croquettes. Not pictured are the croquettes because we absolutely inhaled those. Would pass on having the fried plantains again though- nothing special about them.“
