“I cannot speak highly enough of Bouchon Bistro!! The food is some of the best I've ever had and is remarkably consistent; we always know we are going to have an excellent meal when go here. I have a gluten allergy, and the kitchen is great about accommodating my restrictions and making adjustments to my meal as needed. The drinks are amazing, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. The service is perfect every time we go. Everyone who works there is attentive and kind, but one server in particular, Alex, always goes above and beyond for us. I wholeheartedly recommend Bouchon Bistro for a special night out (or a great happy hour!).“

The menu is a bit limited and unadventurous, but the food itself is quite good and the portions are large (if you're with kids younger than teenage have them split a sandwich). Prices are reasonable, in the Hilton/Marriott range (i.e., a lot less than what we expected given the luxurious nature of the place).“

“We visited Bazille at Nordstrom Merrick Park for our daughter’s 8th birthday today. I knew it would be special.

We started with the rosemary seasoned fries, a bowl of the crab bisque soup and the heirloom tomatoes burrata. For the main, the signature Shrimp Pomodoro Pasta was incredibly rich. The presentation was artful.

Our server Luna was exceptional. She recommended a stunning Brownie Sundae for my daughter birthday dessert and even wrote her name with chocolate syrup and had the entire staff sing her happy birthday.

The quality of food and atmosphere made it worth every penny. We will absolutely be returning for another special occasion. Highly recommended for taking out your special someone for their birthday.
