As a foodie, I give Chef Jimenez and his new restaurant the maximum of stars. I have taken other foodies and chefs for business meetings and we have all agreed that his “sazón” is perfectly balanced and executed. Kudos to the owner for a superb accomplishment of latin American fusion cuisine. It’s the type of food that leaves you craving to try more of his creations.
