We went to the Collab with a large group on Christmas Eve and were blown away by both the food and service. Austin, our waiter, was exceptional. He was Patient with our large group that was a mix of kids, teens, and adults. He was funny, attentive, and extremely accommodating. Food was fantastic. The crab croquettes, tuna tartar, branzino and lambs chips were very flavorful. The kitchen however, needs some serious work as all the dishes took way too long. I hope they get the help they need, otherwise this restaurant won't be in business much longer. The ambience was somewhat depressing. The restaurant is a beautiful venue but there were only two tables with patrons, just empty and sad.
My husband and I went for dinner on Saturday night. The restaurant was busy but not too packed or crazy. Very nice decor and atmosphere. We had wonderful service. We ordered the salmon and beef tartare. Both excellent. The beef carpaccio was also delicious but a little small. They were out of a few things that we wanted but everything we ordered was really good. My martini was perfection. I didn't know they've been open a year and a half.
