“I waited over 20 minutes because my wife messed up and made an online order to the wrong Starbucks location. The Barista, Steven, was so very attentive and told us not to worry and that he will make the order for us free of charge. He took care of the issue right then and there even as the whole team was extremely busy taking other orders all morning. This is what customer service is all about, they truly made my morning special by taking care of us quickly even after we made a mistake. THANK YOU SO MUCH!“

“Opening this Starbucks just south of LeJeune Road on the southbound lane of US 1 may have seemed crazy at the time, but it was crazy like a fox. A great alternative to the Starbucks across from the Coral Gables campus of UM, this one has a drive-thru lane and always some parking. Service is great. It's like our own personal place.“

“I don’t want to be too harsh, hence the four star rating. However, I find it really weird that everyone in the staff is African American. I don’t know if it was intentional or not, but it just feels odd. I know Starbucks cares about diversity and stuff, but having only Black employees at this location feels really forced.“
