Starbucks in Coral Gables

“I recently visited this Starbucks, and overall, it had everything you’d expect—a comfortable ambiance, great drinks, and friendly service. The location is fantastic, with the added perk of convenient parking, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature around here!

The only area for improvement would be cleanliness. During my visit, I noticed that the space could use a little more attention to detail in tidying up, which I’ve seen at a few other Starbucks in the Miami area. A clean, inviting space can really enhance the Starbucks experience, and I believe a little extra focus on this could make a big difference for customers.

“This is the best Starbucks! Always the best service. Nelson especially helped me when Uber eats sent me the wrong order even from a different store. He graciously gave me my correct food/drinks and did not charge me. Definitely come to this Starbucks if you are near by.“

“This starbucks is great! It’s usually busy because lots come here so make sure you expect a small wait! I came on 1/31/22 and today I had gracia she helped me create a delicious coffee that I’d like and was super friendly! I’d recommend if you want a target run as well :)“

“I don’t want to be too harsh, hence the four star rating. However, I find it really weird that everyone in the staff is African American. I don’t know if it was intentional or not, but it just feels odd. I know Starbucks cares about diversity and stuff, but having only Black employees at this location feels really forced.“
