Subway is a restaurant that values customer service. The staff is attentive, with some employees speaking multiple languages. While the restaurant may open a bit late, the staff makes up for it with their kindness and attention to detail. However, some customers may have a negative experience if they feel unwelcome. On the other hand, certain employees, such as Albert, go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, making it a prime example of excellent customer service.
