“Leah the manager was very professional, and customized my order the way I needed for my allergies. The food was freshly made and works amazingly under pressure however Natalie the girl she had working the register was very rude and didn’t know how to work under pressure as well talked very rude to customers as well her manager in front of everyone. She needs training, to become a better representative of Burger King. Thank you Leah, we’ll continue coming to your store for you.“
“Atmosphere did not get 5 stars because 2 workers kept talking loudly while I was eating. I don't mind the loud music, but I don't want to see or hear employees, wearing the BK uniform, talking loudly, laying, sprawled out over furniture while reading whatever on their phones...as if they are home.
I always order whopper, so, although this is a franchise (meaning, who knows when this cow was killed), the food was fresh, hot enough, fries and onion rings were crispy.
I was served quickly and the young, male cashier was effective, could understand and speak English. I was satisfied. Ah, this restaurant is very clean, including the restroom. There were sufficient napkins(so miserly, some restaurants with their recycled napkins!)..Does anyone remember white napkins? Here, they had mustard, lighting was sufficient to see and read, but not like a stadium.
