The attention to the customer is way better, more smiles from the cashiers and the new manager Jack is really friendly and taking the store to another superior level. I wish him well. Ps: the store also looks cleaner“
“I placed an order for a Bacon King burger and added several extra ingredients (tomatoes, cheese, and cabbage), requesting that the burger be cut in half. However, the burger arrived without bacon—despite it being the primary ingredient of this dish.
This constitutes a serious error with my order, as I specifically paid for this particular burger. I request that you address the quality of your order assembly process and resolve this situation.
