Cartel de Tacos #2 is a little taco place that serves authentic food. The tacos are the real deal, and the blue corn tortillas are perfection. The birria tacos are juicy and crispy, and dipping them in the consomé is delicious. The quesabirria tacos, birria ramen soup, and bistec encebollado are all absolutely delicious. The birria fries are loaded and very addictive. The mexican rice is super flavorful with veggie chunks. The elote is delicious too. The avacado and jalapeno sauce in the tacos is a must try, with shrimp and chicken being fantastic. The churros and arroz con leche are sweet endings, and the michelada is perfectly made. The homemade purple corn tortillas are fresh and full of flavor. The food is always delicious and tastes like it is made with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is cute and authentically charming. The ladies are friendly and provide good service for both takeout and eating in. The same friendly staff is always there, and the service is truly phenomenal. Tuesday evenings can be a little busy, for good reason. Highly recommend this place.
