“Tucked into a vibrant corner of Coral Springs, Juice Kitchen is serving up wellness with flavor — and let me tell you, they are doing it right. I popped in for a quick bite and left with a full belly, a satisfied palate, and a new favorite go-to. I ordered the Protein Bowl (hold the cilantro), and it was absolutely delicious. Every bite was a fresh, clean burst of flavor — you could taste the quality and care in every ingredient. Perfectly balanced, vibrant, and hearty without being heavy. I genuinely couldn’t stop eating it! It hit that sweet spot between nourishing and crave-worthy, which is no easy feat when it comes to health-forward fare. Alongside the bowl, I picked up an Immunity Shot — a fiery little powerhouse that packed a zingy, invigorating punch — and a Ginger Snap juice that I’m saving for later (mostly because I was too full to even consider another sip!). But if it’s anything like the rest of my experience, I’m sure it’ll be another win. I also have to mention the amazing service I received from Susan — warm, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She made the whole visit feel extra special. “We love the bundt cakes, the location normally has someone in there getting a cake all the time. Can't remember it every being empty of patrons. The staff here are always pleasant. When mistakes are made they make it right, even when nothing was asked of them. Thats a classy thing to do in this day and age of instant gratification yet no accountability. I believe this store will be here for as long as they want to be. We look forward to more tasty bites.“

“Coral Springs, FL. Five stars for being a bit more authentic than usual in this neighborhood. Music, decor and menu were in line with what we’ve encountered at good Mexican restaurants in San Diego and Texas. The music was accordion-based while we were there. And it was super clean!

Our host and server were very sweet and prompt.

They have a huge menu and in the middle you will find their great lunch specials. I thought the prices were exceptional for what we got for lunch (the #1Enchilada and Taco Combination Platter for Steve and a huge Rancho Salad with Barbacoa Chicken for me).

Their complimentary chips and salsa were good. The salsa tasted like Goya tomato sauce with salt, pepper, minced white onions and minced green onions. No cilantro or cumin or oregano, and I prefer my salsa without cumin or oregano.

Steve inhaled everything on his plate! So the beans, rice and guacamole garnish were also good. He got a ground beef taco and chicken enchilada. He said he wished he’d gotten a chicken taco, the chicken was better.

My Rancho Salad was amazing! It had great lettuce, tender shredded chicken in a Barbacoa sauce, pico de gallo with cilantro in it, beans and shredded lettuce. I used the complimentary salsa as a dressing.

They had tables outside, too.

A note for Californians: If you’re used to the whole taco being deep fried with all the fillings in it, that was not the case here. The taco shell was crisp. That didn’t make a difference to Steve. It tasted great.“
