“This is one of our favorite places that is consistently serving deliciously fresh food with super friendly service. The menu changes frequently so you have to go a few times if you have a favorite dish on the menu before they change it. The ambiance is amazing. We have frequented True Food Kitchen in other states but we just enjoy now coming to True Food in Boca.“

“I was very surprised at how exceptionally delicious the food was. Add to that the place is spotlessly clean and everyone working there weee attentive and kind. We are looking forward to our next visit. Lots of vegan choices but make sure (if you’re vegan) to let them know. One ingredient in what I ordered wasn’t vegan and they caught that and without hesitation remade it customized.“

“I’ve been following this business on instagram for some time now and today and i just so happen to drive by coincidence of being en route to my destination. So of course i had to stop by on my way back. They are lovely and genuine people by nature you can just feel it you know. And you know this is place of business is from the heart. I hot a smoothie #8 and the curry bean patty listen i had to go back inside to get two more its good 🔥. I have to come back and do a full shopping spree when it comes to the herbal side of things but nonetheless I'm happy i stopped by and I'm forever a customer simple as that.“

“The amosphere here was great 👍 the place was very clean, has outdoor and indoor seating. The service was awesome too 10/10. The food you can tell is made with quality ingredients and with your health in mind. I was able to get a sample of the soup before ordering and was given a dessert to try at home later and boy was I surprised at how delicious and filling it was, Yum 😋. “My nieces turned me on to Playa Bowl. I picked a bowl up yesterday(easiest transaction ever) and just placed an order for another one 5 minutes ago. I’m addicted and Playa Bowl is my favorite of them all!!! The employee, was a nice kid with a great attitude. Not only do I fee like a hip Aunt with my Acai bowl, I get to enjoy Playa Bowl’s yumminess.“

I clearly walked in after closing time, he was about to lock the door but he assured me it’s no big deal at all and he could still make me my bowl. “Just moved in this area I was looking for a smoothie shop and happened to find this one they have so many options of tea, herbs and diet supplements also the customer service was excellent I met a tall blonde guy working there he seems to have great customer service skills and a nice smile he explained what each product does for your health he also mentioned that he buys the products there to keep him healthy however I never really see him to often only Saturdays. Anyway 5stars for great customer service care!!!!!! Please buy more products and smoothie“

“The Tropibowl was okay... Really good the first bites but then you taste the whole thing a little too salty. The Plantains were Idk from where but they were certainly no Hispanic so be aware.
The Everything Acai was delicious. The best Acai bowl in the area.
