I always have a great experience at Pollo Tropical, I am biased because I am from Miami, and they no longer have them in GA, I ordered the avocado cilantro tropical chop bowl with rice and black beans for my wife, I also got the 2 piece chicken combo with yellow rice, black beans, ordered a side of onions and a side of plantains. I poured that cilantro garlic sauce on it 😋 Pollo Tropical always is a Hit!!!!! 🔥
Perfect delicious and fresh menus

Pollo Tropical offers great, digestive food with excellent service. The staff goes out of their way to ensure orders are accurate and fresh. The Parkland, FL location impressed a skeptical customer with hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned Mojo Pork Tropichop. The cleanliness, quick service, and tasty garlic cilantro sauce made for a pleasant experience. This location is praised for ample parking, kid-friendliness, and wheelchair accessibility.
Customers highly recommend the pork tropichop as an excellent choice for a quick lunch or takeout. The quarter chicken with rice and beans is also considered an unbeatable and better quality option compared to other fast food choices. The meat is described as fresh and tasty, while the rice can be mushy. The black beans and small salad are good, and the cilantro sauce and salsa sauces are delicious, fresh, and tasty. The online ordering process is easy, and the staff is very helpful in ensuring the order is ready quickly.
