Starbucks in Coral Springs

“The Starbucks here is the ABSOLUTE best Starbucks I've ever been to. The customer service is OUTSTANDING here! The manager Michele is always friendly and professional. She has a talent for hiring THE best employees. Every time I visit here, which is an average of FIVE times a week, Michele is working hard to ensure products are available to their customers for a quick find & easy check out. My personal opinion as a frequent shopper is that she never stops stocking from the back room, cleaning behind the counter, assisting their customers, and assisting her employees to keep the lines moving as quickly as possible. I have actually lost count of how many Starbucks coffee mugs & travel mugs that I have purchased through Michele and Amber. I absolutely ADORE Amber as she is always happy, always friendly and always professional. It is very apparent when you are around her that she is happy to be there and happy to help her customers. She is really quick to take the orders and make their drink and heat up any snacks to make her customers happy and the line moving smoothly. I want to also take time to mention how much I enjoy seeing Kiani, Samantha and Laura. All the employees that work here are kind, friendly and GREAT at making their customers happy! I drive an extra 5 miles out of my way to drive to THIS Target Starbucks because of the OUTSTANDING customer service with a warm, personal touch that Michele, Amber, Samantha, Kiani and Laura always provide. Realizing that Fall is now here, I find myself thinking back to the really FUN and AMAZING Summer I had because I got to spend nearly every day enjoying the lovely, personal atmosphere that I find here at THIS Starbucks, not only with the wonderful employees but also getting to know the other "regulars" that only come to THIS Target Starbucks for the very same reason that I do. I hope management will recognize their Starbucks employees and let them know they appreciate the great job they do every single day. <3“

Very cozy environment inside as well, I love coming here to study. Sometimes it's pretty cold so make sure to bring a sweater if you plan to sit down !!“

“This is a busy location. It's a much more moderate location where the decor is not quite like all the other traditional Starbucks locations with the warm livingroom lighting feel.

However, it does keep the customer satisfaction level high and management is definitely on top of their game!“

“Went in today not knowing what I needed but just that I needed to get away from the water pipe replacement chaos at home. A coffee for sure but low cal since I stress ate way too much. Met by Rachel, cheerful and welcoming, who gave great recommendations, listened to my chaotic week that lead me to her counter this am. She was what I needed… thank you for your outstanding and uncompromising hospitality!“

“I have been a regular at this location for a few years. I used to bring my dog, Luna, there pretty regularly, to the point that some of the staff recognize us. 2 months ago, she had to be put down unexpectedly and I made a stop there for her last pup cup. It was so heartbreaking but my regular barista and the manager, Gladys, were there. They were so empathetic and knew exactly how hard this was for me. I went back about a month or so after and they gifted me a gift card with a sweet message. I wish I knew everyone’s name but right now I only know Gladys’. The staff here is absolutely amazing and have always taken care of us regularly but I needed to highlight this moment because they deserve the credit. I could not speak highly enough of them and I hope they see this.“

“On the average day, sure... though you will usually have a long line and one employee behind the counter both taking and making orders. Today, I felt a new low though. The young girl working there heard me order a black and white hot chocolate, but rang up a coffee. I already pay $4.87 for a hot cocoa, but she made my order cost $6.02 (I know she rang up the wrong drink and refused to admit it). There was a line forming behind me as it was early morning, so I left because that wasn't the time to make her find her errors. You really have to watch your order with some of these people. A $6 hot cocoa? Starbucks is crazy priced, but that's over the edge.“

“One of the things that I really appreciate about this location is how nice everyone is. I’ve come here for over a year now and you would never know if someone is having a bad day or not because of how cheerful they always are! They certainly brighten up my morning. I wish customers would be a little more understanding about the wait time, which isn’t bad at all. This location is very popular (which I’m sure is because of how awesome the employees are) and everyone behind the counter works non stop to complete the orders with quality. My drinks are always awesome! 😎“
