Starbucks in Coral Springs

“The Starbucks here is the ABSOLUTE best Starbucks I've ever been to. The customer service is OUTSTANDING here! The manager Michele is always friendly and professional. She has a talent for hiring THE best employees. Every time I visit here, which is an average of FIVE times a week, Michele is working hard to ensure products are available to their customers for a quick find & easy check out. My personal opinion as a frequent shopper is that she never stops stocking from the back room, cleaning behind the counter, assisting their customers, and assisting her employees to keep the lines moving as quickly as possible. I have actually lost count of how many Starbucks coffee mugs & travel mugs that I have purchased through Michele and Amber. I absolutely ADORE Amber as she is always happy, always friendly and always professional. It is very apparent when you are around her that she is happy to be there and happy to help her customers. She is really quick to take the orders and make their drink and heat up any snacks to make her customers happy and the line moving smoothly. I want to also take time to mention how much I enjoy seeing Kiani, Samantha and Laura. All the employees that work here are kind, friendly and GREAT at making their customers happy! I drive an extra 5 miles out of my way to drive to THIS Target Starbucks because of the OUTSTANDING customer service with a warm, personal touch that Michele, Amber, Samantha, Kiani and Laura always provide. Realizing that Fall is now here, I find myself thinking back to the really FUN and AMAZING Summer I had because I got to spend nearly every day enjoying the lovely, personal atmosphere that I find here at THIS Starbucks, not only with the wonderful employees but also getting to know the other "regulars" that only come to THIS Target Starbucks for the very same reason that I do. I hope management will recognize their Starbucks employees and let them know they appreciate the great job they do every single day. <3“

“Hi. Jenni, the store manager is an asset at the Starbucks Family and just made my day. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Jenni today. What she did for me was service that deserves recognition. Everyone has a specific way they like their coffee, right? Well, Jenni helped create the drink I like and save it in my app as a favorite. She was kind, polite, and proactive! I wish every employee helped a customer the way she does! She deserves a promotion! It may not sound significant, however the attentiveness and solution went a long way! “I usually love Starbucks, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered an iced coffee and a pastry, but it took 16 minutes for me to get my order. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the service was slow. While the coffee and pastry were good, the long wait really dampened the experience. I hope they can improve their service speed.“

“Newly Refurbished and Excellent Service! So happy that this location has reopened. They run a very efficient cafe with drinks made correctly and on time! Way better than the one up the road.Paid them a visit today and my order was ready as expected. The newly remodeled dining room looks spectacular and seems to be built to maximize efficiency of service with more space allotted to the baristas.It has lost some of its lounge like feel but I’ll trade that for quicker service any day.Stop in for a quick coffee you won’t be disappointed.

Parking: The parking lot wasn’t designed well. There is an adjacent urgent care that makes the traffic a pain at times. I reccomend park farther away and walk up.

Kid-friendliness: There are tables available. Kids can order a frappe or cake pop.“

“Obviously the coffee is a plus number one I think even above the coffee of the employees they're very courteous very friendly very knowledgeable and very eager to assist you in anything that you require I have not been at this particular store but I walk through the door and three people greeted me and I got everything I wanted and the coffee was delicious like I said the employees are a plus number one they're very well trained and very sweet and courteous to all the people that come in there this is a different Starbucks than I'm used to going to because the one I go to at 6700 West Atlantic Boulevard in Margate Florida is under renovation so I went to this one next to 441 and Sample Road in Coral Springs it was very nice I highly recommend it!“
