Tuna, cabbage, cucumber, and carrots with wasabi cream dressing was one of my favorite combinations. The portion size is very satisfying. For the price, you cannot get a fresher, tastier poke bowl than this. In terms of the environment, this is a small store, but I really love the vibe and décor. “So our family (well kids to be specific) has always had a tradition of going out to Hibachi for birthdays. For years we were going to Saitos on Lyons and Glades then they closed down. Honestly was never my favorite, but tradition is tradition. So we moved on to Benihana’s. Well don’t be fooled by the name. Their food and particularly their service was waaay below PAR. Anyways getting to the point, we wanted to try a new spot and stumbled on Saiko-I. From the first few minutes after being seated we could already tell the dramatic difference. The service was on point. Drinks served immediately, appetizers and meals ordered shortly after. Then came the chef. He was fun, entertaining, funny and efficient. The food was probably the best hibachi I’ve had. None of the one item at a time nonsense you get at the other places. And they used much less of the butter and other garbage they throw in at other spots. At the end of our meal we complemented the GM and she went out of her way to make our business feel appreciated. The staff here was friendly, classy and fun, and the food was amazing. Found our new spot! No this is not a solicited review, I was just super impressed with this place. Shout out the server Hector, chef Javier and GM Ouray.“

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warmth that’s hard to find these days. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and quietly elegant. It’s a small, quaint space—perfect for a peaceful meal—but what it lacks in size, it more than makes up for in quality and heart.

Now, let’s talk about Wen. This woman is the soul of the place. Her service is beyond exceptional—attentive, kind, and always with a smile. You feel like family the moment she greets you. It’s not just customer service, it’s genuine hospitality.

The prices? Just right. Fair and reasonable, especially for the quality you’re getting. The presentation of each dish is pure art, and the flavors? Impeccable. Fresh, vibrant, balanced—this is sushi made with care, skill, and pride.

“High quality food. Delicious and fresh! I had Wonton soup, Moo Shu Pork and an appetizer of eggrolls. the downside is they had no crispy noodles to munch on while we r waiting for our food, and the dinner did not come with eggrolls, or with real authentic fried rice, only brown or white rice. im a big fan of NY style fried rice and it was disappointing, however I could have ordered a side of pork fried rice for $14. overall since the food was excellent I would highly recommend Red Ginger. Lovely atmosphere. We had a great time.“
