“Terrific restaurant.
GREAT food (tapas, Spanish rice w/ chicken & chorizo which was a work of art), great drinks, prompt, friendly service (Izzy was terrific), nice ambiance w/ beautiful live flamenco guitar music.

“My husband and I saw this place and just had to try It out with It's very different menu selections. We're really glad we did. The atmosphere was nice and cozy and easy to communicate to each other. Our waiter Jessie was terrific. He was very knowledgeable about the menu. And he kept us entertained with his hospitality and conversations. Very nice guy. The dish I ordered was the Harissa Lamb Meatballs that was very delicious. We were so full from dinner. It was well worth it. We'll Be Back!“

“WOW! This was our second time at Candela. This time, we had my husband's birthday dinner there with about 7 people. The appetizers/tapas were beyond delicious. Would highly recommend the octopus, the yuca, the potatoes - the list goes on! Some advice - do not leave there without trying the paella - the best you've ever had! The chef/owner kept coming over to us and talking to us about the food - the servers, the staff, everyone was just wonderful. What an incredible, personal experience... cannot wait to go back.“

“I loved this place so much. I hate eating at great locations bcuz it's usually disappointing and this place was so original. BRUNCH only on Sunday so I had the savory Dutch really unique and Dee lish .......

“We had the BEST experience at Proof in Wilton Manors. From the second we walked in, the atmosphere was incredible — stylish, welcoming, and just such a fun energy. We even had the chance to meet the owner, which made it that much more special. You can truly feel the passion and pride behind this place. And let’s talk about the food. Every single thing we ordered was outstanding — beautifully presented and packed with flavor. What really impressed us was how amazing the gluten-free options are. Not just one or two safe choices — actual thoughtfully crafted dishes that feel just as indulgent and exciting as everything else on the menu. That’s rare, and it matters. If you’re in Wilton Manors, this is a must. We’re already planning our next visit.“
